Close to station makes commute easy.
The street is surrounded by hookers in the evening who make walking quite a stress. If you get a room that faces the street, it can be quite a noisy evening.

Excellent location. Extremely close to train station and many food places. The staff were lovely, particularly the lady on my check out day who did breakfast and reception! There is a kettle in reception and staff can boil hot water for you if you like (BYO cup/tea bags). Iron and board available in the hallway. Single room had a weird shape but enough room and two big windows that open fully.
The walls are very thin and I could hear my neighbours talking and their TV until after 23:00. Street noise can be quite loud on Friday/Saturday nights too. The price for breakfast was high for a simple breakfast. It was still decent, but not a huge range that usually accompanies that price. Room got quite warm when the sun was on it. A pedestal fan was available in the room, but windows also open.

For a.single room twin bed I got a very snall room single bed small
The location was very good, with easy access to public transportation and restaurants.
There were no shelves for our clothes, and the end tables were very minimal for our stuff.
The bathroom was a little small, especially the shower.
I think the breakfast price is too high at about $25 per per person per day.
