The staff serving breakfast could improve their communication with guests. Give more guidance on the offer.

Cons:

Amending the booking date on Booking.com cost me 95 Euros more. This is rather steep.

The hotel is near the main station which is a great Plus for me as a frequent train traveler.

Good location near the subway and train station, a lot of places to eat nearby

Cons:

The hallways were narrow, the room was oddly shaped and small, the table shook when I tried to write on it, and they could not fix it.

Ikke egnet til ophold om vinteren, koldt på værelse og iskoldt på badeværelse.
Pros:

Morgenmaden var helt utrolig dårlig.
Beliggenhed af hotel er perfekt når man kommer til CPH med tog.

Cons:

Morgenmaden og der var alt for koldt på værelset, med varmen skruet op på max.
