Nixe but a bit pricey for a small room.
Pros:

Perfect location, super central but still relatively calm. The bike rental was a very handy feature.

Cons:

Small room. Would like more storage space. Tooth paste should be included in the amenities.

Close to station makes commute easy.

Cons:

The street is surrounded by hookers in the evening who make walking quite a stress. If you get a room that faces the street, it can be quite a noisy evening.
