Das Hotel ist fantastisch. Das Frühstück buffet war wirklich super und die Atmosphäre und Ausstattung ins Hotel ist fabelhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Everything was perfect! From check in to check out our stay was amazing. The room was spotlessly clean, staff polite and welcoming and the hotel itself beautiful! Would highly recommend.

Loved our stay here. The staff were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived they couldn’t do enough for us and were very helpful recommending restaurants close by for our first night that would be suitable to take a baby without being typical family chains. We had a 12 month old with us and she was so well looked after. Beautiful stoke crib and bedding and they gave her a crotchet bee soft toy. The facilities in the hotel are so well thought out beautiful decor big comfortable beds, little details like an umbrella and rain coat in the room and lovely coffee and tea facilities a filtered water tap. Loved how the hotel was so environmental friendly at its heart too. Copenhagen in general is a beautiful place filled with kind polite happy people and lovely food, we will definitely be back.

1 Hotel Copenhagen er uden tvivl vores nye favorit i København! Hotellet er nyt, lækkert og utroligt stilfuldt. Både værelser, bar, restaurant og øvrige arealer har det lækreste udtryk, med masser af grønne planter og "eco-vibe". En oase lige midt i City! Morgenmaden var ligeledes helt i top! Fantastisk stort udvalg og skyhøj kvalitet. Til at toppe oplevelsen af, leverede hotellet samtidigt den mest venlige og høje service. Bare WOW!

Great room in a lovely hotel within walking distance of all the key sites and attractions on offer in Copenhagen. It’s less than 5 minutes walk to the metro and it’s 20 minutes on the metro to the airport so really convenient. Staff friendly and whilst we didn’t have breakfast we did eat in the hotel one evening which was excellent

Super hyggeligt og lækker hotel midt i byen

Det var långt under förväntan. Små saker som omnämndes på hemsidan samt här i appen som skulle finnas på rummet fanns inte, som tex högtalare.

Städningen var också under all kritik, första dagen glömde de att städa vårt rum trots att vi satt på servicelampan att vi hade behov (vi hade också beställt room service där maten ej plockades upp och osade ordentligt). Vi fick gå till receptionen och sedan städade de, men glömde ändå att tex fylla på med rätt antal vattenglas och toalettpapper. Andra dagen hörde vi av oss till personalen att plocka våra rester från room service samt byta lakan i samband med städning och varken eller utfördes. När vi sedan påminde om detta fick vi ingen kompensation heller. Otroligt besvikna på servicen faktiskt. Annars ett mycket fint hotell men blir inte sugna på att boka hotellet igen.

Bästa buffefrukosten jag någonsin upplevt! Fint renoverade rum. Fräscht överallt. Cool lobby och bar.

Great place!

Nous avons passé trois nuitées dans cet établissement de tout premier plan, idéalement situé au centre-ville de COPENHAGUE. Il s'agit d'un très bel hôtel, au hall d'entrée assez remarquable. L'architecture, dans son ensemble, transpirait la zenitude. L'accueil était chaleureux et professionnel. Notre chambre, d'une superficie de 28m2, était très joliment agencée et décorée. La literie était de très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner était tout simplement remarquable tant par la variété que par la qualité des mets proposés. Nous y avons également dîner un soir. La cuisine était inventive, créative et vraiment très bonne (niveau très bon restaurant gastronomique). A refaire sans hésiter. S'il y avait un petit bémol à citer, comme d'autres l'ont évoqué dans leurs appréciations, ce serait la musique omniprésente au bar et qui résonne le matin au petit déjeuner comme au dîner du soir ; la baisser d'un ou deux niveaux aurait été appréciable surtout pour un établissement qui revendique et qui vous offre effectivement le calme et la sérénité.
