Location is good.
Very “self-service”. We requested for twin beds and had to separate our beds ourselves and were not given an extra set of linen for the second bed.

נחתנו בלילה ויש שאטל למלון שהיה סופר מהיר זמין ונוח ולמחרת בבוקר חזרנו עם השאטל להשכרה. אחלה ארוחת בוקר במלון. היו נחמדים ומאוד שירותיים וזמינים לכל שאלה.
Está muy bien armado el tema del traslado al aeropuerto, las personas son bien predispuestas.
El hotel tiene bloqueado el acceso a internet en las televisiones. Eso hace que solo puedas ver tv local en italiano. Para un hospedaje que uno usa solo por su cercanía al aeropuerto para descansar, ya que queda lejos de todo lo demás, no poder ver la tv es incoherente.
La comida del resto no mantiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Es muy básica y no acorde a su costo.
Absolutely everything was excellent. It’s my favourite place to stay when flying in/out of Malpensa. The staff are amazing, the restaurant has a great selection to choose from and the service fantastic. Easy shuttle service, with only short wait times. Highly recommend this hotel.
