Disappointed would not stay again
Pros:

The location is great. Very close to the terminal with a great shuttle service

Cons:

The hotel is run down, dirty and short staffed. One of the beds had stained sheets. We asked for them to be replaced and they could not come for a whole since the person working in room maintenance was currently driving the airport shuttle so we had to wait a long time for some to come and help.
Once there he removed the sheets and the bed was the most stained bed i had ever seen in my life.

The duvet covers are not actually covered but two more sheets covering the duvet so at night they come undone and i slept with the cover with no sheet cover on it.
The bathroom had peeling tiles from when they were painted over instead of actual refurbishing.
And in the hallways (and eventually in the room) large bugs that looked like they were a max of a bettle flew into the room.

Extremely disappointing and no idea how this hotel rates itself as a 4 star hotel.

Convenient comfortable spot near Malpensa airport
Pros:

Location comes first but everything was geared to support tired travelers from the convenient shuttle, to bar and restaurant and friendly staff!

Cons:

May not be ideal for longer stays. But for a night or two it’s great

Pros:
