Pros:

Conveniently located north of Copenhagen, and well placed for visiting Roskilde, Helsingor and Fredeirisborg. Very pleasant grounds. Comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast. Excellent dinner in the restaurant on the two nights we were able to use it: fully booked for private parties on the Saturday and closed on Sunday.

Pros:

That there were sufficient EV charging facilities

Cons:

That the link to the applicable charging app was wrong in the information that is distributed. It states "Cleaver"it should be "Clever". Next to that I had quite some issue to get the charging going, I am 100% convinced there are flaws in the Clever app. I drive 6 years EV, this was the worst charging experience I faced so far.

Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen

Ruhige Lage

Cons:

bei unserem 5-Tagesaufenthalt erfolgte nicht eine Zimmerreinigung, obwohl wir mehrfach darum gebeten haben. Bei Ankunft hingen Spinnweben an den Decken. Die Aussenterrasse inkl. Sitzmöbel war voll mit Vogelkot.
Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man als Gast nicht für voll genommen wurde.

Schönes Anwesen, mäßiger Service
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, schönes Anwesen, tolles Frühstück. Der Parkplatz ist sehr großzügig. Unser Hund hat eine Decke (Malerplane) erhalten und Leckerlis.

Cons:

Zu weiches Bett, die Türen muss man laut zuknallen, sonst kann man sie nicht schließen. Wir hatten jeweils für zwei Abende einen Tisch zum Abendessen reserviert, wurden aber am zweiten Tag nicht bedient und sind nach 20 min wieder gegangen. Man wusste jedoch, dass wir da sind. Wir durften mit unserem Hund nicht ins Restaurant, mussten in der Lobby sitzen, wurden am ersten Abend bedient bis zum Essen, dann kam niemand mehr. Der Teppich im Zimmer hatte Flecken, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.

Er bleek geen lift te zijn, ontbijt- en dinertijden en flexibiliteit personeel. Daarnaast soms een te onpersoonlijk hotel.

Pros:

Vi kunne desværre ikke overnatte den første nat og ringede flere uger før og spurgte, om det var muligt at afbestille det og fik at vide, at det ikke var et problem. Derefter afbestilte vi det skriftligt, men hørte ikke mere, og derfor troede vi, at det var ok. Ved afrejse i dag fik vi imidlertid at vide, at vi ikke kunne afbestille værelset, selvom det som sagt var sket flere uger før. - Med den erfaring vil vi aldrig anbefale at booke et hotelophold hos Cromwell.
