Pros:

Idealne miejsce na start do zwiedzania Sztokholmu. Blisko autobusy, metro, stacja kolejowa. Spokojna okolica. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa klienta, obfite śniadania. Polecam.

Pros:

Очень красивый, уютный отель. Прекрасный персонал, сытный завтрак. Вид из окна одноместного номера выходил во двор, окна суперлюкса открывали обзор городских улиц. Чистая постель, удобные кровати, приготовленные кофе/чай для каждого гостя. Атмосфера удивительная и завораживающая. Идеальное место для любителей исторических зданий.

Cons:

В одноместном номере был слышен гул от вентиляционной системы. В номере было очень прохладно. Пришлось спать в одежде. Номер находится на первом этаже.
Суперлюкс до заселения не был проветрен. Окна не удалось открыть. Спать было очень душно. Приходилось открывать двери в корридор, что бы немного охладить помещение. На следующий день у персонала попросили показать как открыть окно. Следовало сразу же обратиться за помощью, первая ночь не была бы такой мучительной.
Столовые приборы на завтраке требуют дополнительной чистки. На ножах/вилках/ложках были видны жирные следы использования предыдущими гостями.
