Hotel Fiesta Beach Djerba

Unfortunately, our stay at Fiesta Beach Djerba was a big disappointment. The hotel may look nice at first glance, but once you take a closer look, there are quite a few problems, especially when it comes to cleanliness and the condition of the rooms.

Our room was poorly cleaned, and the overall level of cleanliness was far below what we expected from a hotel of this standard. The air conditioning was practically useless – either it didn’t work at all or it cooled the room so poorly that it was simply too hot.

The bathroom was another major issue. Water was leaking from the shower and flooding the entire bathroom floor. After every shower, the whole bathroom was basically covered in water. This is a very basic issue that should be fixed by the hotel.

The food was also very disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, and there was practically no fresh fruit available. For a holiday resort in this location, we expected much more variety and better quality.

The staff also didn’t make a good impression. Instead of making guests feel welcome, we often encountered unfriendly attitudes and unpleasant looks.

Another major downside was the constant loud music around the pool. Music was playing practically all the time and at a very high volume, making it almost impossible to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this can become really frustrating.

The only real positives were the beach and the warm sea.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and definitely would not return. Perhaps our experience was particularly unlucky, but with so many basic issues regarding cleanliness, air conditioning, the bathroom, food, staff and the constant noise, it is very difficult to give this hotel a positive review.

A week into holiday now and must say to start the entertainment team are fantastic (never a dull moment) bags of energy all day from them. Hotel room very clean food also very nice never had an issue finding something to eat.

I've been to this hotel twice and I like it very much. Personel very fine, lovely.
I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back there.

Animation is really good. Always have things to do. Always gets you up doing things. Great atmosphere at night too.

It is a very good place a lot too do very fun the food is very tasty and drinks are very nice the staff are very friendly.

Having a great time here! Beautiful place and right on a private beach. We’ve been made to feel very welcome by the superb animation team and enjoying the delicious food and drinks! The party night was also excellent!

Location of the hotel is good, right on the beach and beach is lovely.
Room, we had a 2 bed room, room was fine apart from the bad smell
In the toilet, it was clean just smelt strong urine like smell all the time.
Pool, very nice, pool bar good, kids liked the slides. Downside had tk get up to get subbed! Hate doing this but would all be reserved by 8am, one day a group of 7 stayed reserved until 3:30pm before anyone came! Poor it’s not managed. Signs are up but ignored!
Entertainment team most very friendly, some didn’t speak to us , felt they was only interested in the French people. Downside everything is in French so no idea what is going on.
Snack bar, staff helpful and attentive
Main restaurant, awful this would get 1* staff rude, no plates, glasses on buffet, very similar food each day, all edible but the same each day. Had to clear own tables alot to get somewhere to sit and go to the stations to get cutlery! Extremely poor for the restaurant.

Well I like the hotel it’s so comfy and workers there are kind and overwhelming the food is delicious I like it and the pool is amazing and I love the fact how everyday they would do something’s to watch after dinner
