Amazing Hotel
Pros:

The location was fantastic and the hotel clearly puts in the effort to maintain it despite its age. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the magician show. The food was amazing and varied. The family room offered incredible views of the sea and we loved it.

Cons:

The hotel could improve the room amenities. The fridge is empty and the kettle barely works. There are two Nescafé sachets for four people and a three-day stay. Bottled water would be a better option than open water jar, especially given the hotel’s price.

Nous tenons à souligner que la cuisine de l’hôtel a été véritablement excellente, un pur sans-faute qui a ravi l'ensemble de la famille à chaque repas. C’est précisément cette grande qualité gastronomique qui rend notre arrivée si regrettable : bien que présents dès 13h pour le check-in, une attente d'une heure a été nécessaire avant de pouvoir accéder à notre chambre. Ce retard administratif nous a malheureusement fait manquer le créneau du service de midi, nous privant de la table de l'hôtel et nous obligeant, à notre grand regret, à chercher une solution de déjeuner à l'extérieur. C'est une occasion manquée de profiter dès notre arrivée d'une table que nous avons ensuite découverte comme étant exceptionnelle.

Cons:

Le manque d'isolation phonique des chambres au rez-de-chaussée est un problème majeur. Entre 23h et minuit, le passage incessant des autres clients, leurs discussions, cris et rires ont créé une nuisance sonore continue. Cette situation a particulièrement perturbé le sommeil des enfants à une heure pourtant dédiée au repos.

J’ai fait de belles rencontres à l’extérieur, à Hammamet, ce qui m’a permis de pratiquer des activités en lien avec mes

En ce qui me concerne, le Sultan n’est pas un établissement adapté aux voyageurs solo.

Ce que j’ai apprécié :
• La piscine extérieure, propre et grande
• La plage, propre

Ce que j’ai moins aimé :
• Un accueil peu chaleureux
• La lenteur de la réception pour obtenir des informations
• Le petit déjeuner : pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, ils pourraient faire mieux
• La chambre était glaciale et dégageait une odeur particulière.
