Had a wonderful stay at Le Sultan, Hammamet! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were absolutely incredible. Everyone was so friendly, attentive and welcoming. I felt really looked after throughout my stay. Thank you to the whole team — I will definitely return! ❤️

J’ai beaucoup aimé la vue de la chambre sur le jardin et la mer, ainsi que la propreté de la chambre et l’animation. Tout était très agréable !

Cons:

Par contre, j’ai été déçu par le comportement de certains membres du personnel au bar situé au bord de la piscine. J’ai constaté un manque de respect envers les clients, ainsi que l’utilisation de mots grossiers devant eux, ce qui est vraiment regrettable.
J’ai également été déçu par l’accueil et le service à la plage, et surtout au restaurant Le Pirate. J’ai trouvé beaucoup de nonchalance, ainsi qu’un manque d’écoute et d’attention envers la clientèle. C’est dommage, car ce restaurant n’était pas comme ça auparavant et j’en avais gardé une bien meilleure impression.
J’espère que la direction prendra en compte ces remarques afin d’améliorer la qualité du service et l’accueil des clients.

En général très bon séjour.
Pros:

Tout était bien. Chambre très propre , les repas étaient bons et variés.

Cons:

Le bruit au restaurant ...incapable de discuter a voix basse. Certains légumes ( choux de Bruxelles) immangeables par manque de cuisson alors que j adore ce légume et représentés le lendemain tjs mal cuits.

la nourriture est variée et bonne
la chambre est bien entretenue
le personnel est efficace

problème journalier avec le Wi-Fi ce qui est problématique pour joindre la famille
la tv ne fonctionne pas bien mais moins important pendant les vacances ,si le soir on aimerait suivre un film c est impossible à cause des coupures
sur le support de la carte il est stipulé que le Burkini est interdit dans les piscines mais ce règlement n est pas appliqué donc pour un problème d hygiène c est problématique il me semble
la plage est vraiment très petite pour un établissement de cette qualité
