Очень хорошая гостиница персонал нас встрети на вышем уровне асобенно на решепсоне Кирилл он очень помог нам с отдыхом как можем легко и просто увидеть Прагу где в городе можно вкусно поесть и всё остальное что касается отдыха мы очень довольны от внимания Кирилла. Было очень чисто хотя очень большой и красивый отель. Завтраки былы очень хорошие и очень вкусные вообщем отель и персонал супер место расположение тоже великолепная 5 минут до метро и через 15 минут ты в центре города. Если ещё раз буду в Праге то обязательно забронирую этот отель.
Ещё раз спасибо Кириллу за такое отношение и внимание к гостям отеля .

Pros:

Prostředí hezké, snídaně dobrá. Velký výběr ze samoobsluhy.

Cons:

Jsem zklamán z přístupu personálu, nejenom že jsem musel paní na recepci 3x nahlašovat jméno, ověřoval jsem si wellness uhrazený s ubytováním, načež mi bylo po telefonu sděleno, že mám možnost využít pouze bazén od 7-15hod. Volal jsem kolem 16 hodiny. Tato mylná, avšak velice zásadní informace vedla k mému rozhodnutí vyrazit do Prahy později. Přijel jsem 21:35 na recepci a byl zde jiný pán, toho jsem se ptal na wellness a sdělil mi, že můžeme využít i sauny, resp. všechno, ale jen do 22hod, což už bylo pozdě a wellness bychom nestihli. Naštěstí předem zaplacený wellness šlo použít i den poté, avšak z důvodu práce nebylo možné ráno tuto možnost využít! Jsem naprosto zklamán nekompetentností paní z recepce. Navíc personál nemluví moc dobře česky, nemám nic proti cizincům, já sám nepocházím z ČR, ale naučil jsem se. Kde je vůle, tam je cesta.
