Highly recommend
Pros:

We have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. The hotel is clean,well stocked and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Both my husband and I highly recommend this place.

Excellent hotel - would stay here again.
Pros:

From the moment Grace checked us in it was great stay; she told us all the details about amenities & made us feel very welcome. We had a very quiet room on the 3rd floor as requested; a spacious king with a nice sized bathroom (good H2O pressure) & modern furniture. Comfy pillowtop type supportive mattress; lovely linens; 2 types of pillows each. Quiet AC; five types of Dove products; Ironing board; in-room safe. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at! Typical wide selection for a breakfast buffet offering both hot-cold items; we appreciate the yogurt selection & fresh bananas. Very safe area so we did laps around the hotel in the morning. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Pros:

I am a Marriott person but I decided to book this because they have rooms where they don’t put animals (allergies) and a shuttle. The place is very clean and the staff is super nice but it took 30 min for shuttle to pick up at airport.

Pros:

Grace, the woman working at the desk was wonderful. Very helpful. and actually she was the only staff I came in contact with. The room was big and the bed fairly comfortable.

Cons:

It was advertised as having a "kitchenette". that included a coffee maker, a small microwave, and small refrigerator - with no freezer, back in a little corner. We traveled by car and had a cooler with some food - how was I supposed to re-freeze my ice packs. I paid extra for a kitchenette and then was told that was the same set-up in every room. Grace was kind enough to store my ice packs in their freezer.
The breakfast was horrible. Worst hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. Fake eggs. One type of low sugar yogurt. I couldn't even look at anything else. At least there were bananas and peanut butter.
I travel a lot. Probably won't stay in another Holiday Inn.

I liked that this was a comfortable room w a comfortable bed a great size TV an indoor pool and hot tub. All amenities in the room.
