Excellent experience overall. Front desk manager Harry deserved special shoutou for doubling up as the airport shuttle driver on a wet and windy NH night!

Beds were very comfy and the staff were very friendly.

What a wonderful place to stay! We were here for a baseball tournament and the entire experience was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and very clean and the AC worked perfectly. The buffet was just what was needed complete with pancakes and scrambled eggs. Harry at the front desk provided exceptional customer service with a smile!!

Everyone so friendly. Rooms clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable.

Rooms: The rooms are kept nice and tidy with housekeeping/room service showing up at least once a day. The water from the shower can be a bit messy at times regardless if you’re in an accessible room or not, which can use up towels quickly, but with room service appearing once per day, this is really a non-issue.

Service: Here’s the part of the review that really shines. That’s because of the front desk manager named Harry Singh. He’s very personable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to be helpful towards guests. At the same time, he’s professional. For example, I’ve observed him deftly handle difficult situations with poise and distinction. Abdul, the third-shift front desk attendant, is great, too.

Location: The location of this inn is very convenient, especially for those without transportation. For example, the hotel is right across the street from my bank, and within .5 miles from the grocery store as well as Walmart. The location is ideal.

The staff was so nice, enjoyed the shuttle from the airport, the room was big and the breakfast was decent!

Stayed at this Holiday Inn for the location and applaud the quality of the property, the value it provides, and mostly the outstanding service given. Wish to give a special shout out to Chaima who helped us extensively at the breakfast buffet. We had trouble with the pancake machine and she was very personable and attentive to our needs. Harry at the front desk was also outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel has been renovated to make everything like new. The rooms have been updated and are bright, clean, and comfortable. The staff make each stay memorable. Harry at the front desk is always cheerful and greets everyone with a smile and makes the stay the best that it can be. The breakfast area has also been made over with a good selection of foods to select from to start the day. The hotel makes a stay seem like you are at home. Congratulations to the entire staff for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location from the Interstate. We flew into Boston early in the evening and wanted to get on our way for the next day's travel. This is a lovely, clean, comfortable place to spend the night. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast included.

Outstanding Hotel. I would highly recommend.
When we arrived, Harry, the front desk manager, said he was just calling me to give me a free upgrade on the room & put us on the third floor where it was quieter as there were a lot of children in the hotel for events. The room was beautiful & so spacious.
I have also never seen a cleaner hotel in my life. There wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere & even the hallways were immaculate.
This was our second time at this hotel & we will definitely go back when we are in the area next year.

We had a great two night stay at this location. We were greeted by a very nice front desk worker. First impressions make a big difference! Our room was very clean and neat. If you like to swim, the pool was available with many people enjoying it. Breakfast was the normal fare. We would definitely stay at this location again!
