Strongly positive: front desk staff (named David, Grace, Harry) repeatedly described as friendly and accommodating; manager and staff went above and beyond (opened conference room, helpful manager). One isolated comment about an unfriendly shuttle driver.
Location
9
Highly convenient location repeatedly noted — close to the airport, right off the highway and near shopping/mall areas; many guests appreciated the easy access.

Rooms described as comfortable and spacious with good water pressure and modern furniture; positives include supportive mattresses and nice linens. Some minor issues reported (TV/internet problems, slow charging, one comment about sheets not being very comfy).

Mixed feedback: some guests praised the breakfast selection (yogurt, fresh fruit, hot/cold options), while others called the breakfast subpar or basic. Overall modestly positive but the weakest area relative to others.

Great location off the highway, clean comfortable room.
Pros:

The hotel is fairly close to the airport, the hotel is well maintained and clean, the front desk staff is friendly, however the shuttle driver not so much! We were just passing through so this hotel is convenient right off the 293. We would stay again if we are ever in the area.

Cons:

The breakfast is subpar, but it is included in the price of the stay ( not free) therefore I shouldn’t complain.
