Pros:

I really liked the location, it was perfect. Lots of restaurants around the area. Very close to the beach. The apartment was clean. Alejandro was very helpful and arranged a late checkout for me :)

Świetna lokalizacj, idealne miejsce, żeby poczuć prawdziwy klimat Miami Beach!
Pros:

Bardzo dobra opcja w Miami Beach, szczególnie jeśli ktoś chce być w samym centrum wydarzeń. Lokalizacja świetna — wszędzie blisko: do plaży, restauracji, barów, dzięki czemu można naprawdę poczuć klimat South Beach. Stosunek jakości do ceny jest naprawdę bardzo dobry. Wszystko było czyste, a pobyt przez 9 nocy przebiegł bez problemów. Na duży plus zasługuje również świetny kontakt z właścicielem — bardzo życzliwy i pomocny przez cały pobyt. Dodatkowo bez problemu udało się przedłużyć nasz checkout (bez dodatkowych kosztów), co było naprawdę bardzo miłym i wygodnym rozwiązaniem. Zdecydowanie miejsce warte polecenia i jeśli wrócimy do Miami Beach, bardzo chętnie zatrzymamy się tam ponownie!

Excelente ubicación para disfrutar de la playa y ambiente nocturno, buena comunicación para trasladarte hacia centro

Cons:

Durante todo el día se escuchaban los motores no sé si del propio hotel o las terrazas de los edificios contiguos, por lo que en la noche era molesto,así como cada vez que arrancaba el motor de la que al no estar aislado del dormitorio sonaba mucho

MIAMI SOUTH BEACH Perla de LA FLORIDA
Pros:

Las instalaciones impecables de limpias, lobby, ascensor y pasillo. Para descartar el tamaño del dormitorio y comedor como también lo practico de la cocina con desayunador. Todos los elementos necesarios en una alacena disponibles para minutas. Muy bien cuidado y aseado. La ubicación es excelente markets cercanos y tiendas para souvenirs. A una cuadra de la célebre Ocean Drive que a partir del atardecer se pone chévere, con la cantidad de bares y restaurantes para todos los gustos y bolsillos. Para la mañana tenemos la playa a menos de 200 .mts. y en la habitación tenés sillas y sombrilla q son muy prácticas para la ocasión. Para destacar la atención del manager Alejandro que siempre y a toda hora soluciono nuestras demandas. FELICITACIONES !!! Sherbrooke All suite presta un servicio de calidad. VOLVEREMOS PRONTO.

I understand Miami is very expensive place to stay especially in prime location but when I pay almost 200$ a night I exp

Cant believe this place rate so high.

Cons:

Very dirty, lots of cockroaches everywhere, fans didn’t work properly.
The location is right in the center of everything which has its benefits but expect noise throughout the night.

Bardzo dobre położenie
Pros:

Centrum Miami Beach, przy samym Ocean Drive.
Bliskość plaży, restauracji

Cons:

Było głośno ale to minus mieszkania w centrum.
Łazienka była bardzo mała.
Obiekt ma lata świetności za sobą, przydałby się mały lifting.
