Guest Reviews
I did read some of the negative reviews and found them not true in my case. There were no smells on the ground floor or other floors. My room was clean and well looked after. There was always crew at the front desk and in this case, we did have some questions for them. They set up a shuttle for us going to and from the hotel. Overall, it was a good and friendly experience.
The shuttle did take a little longer than we thought to pick us up (30 min) but for the price I think that was to be expected
Nice and close to airport. Only there over night but comfortable with a good breakfast

Would’ve been nice if they elaborated on the limited quantity of shuttles and that once full, they no longer provide any assistance
I did not like anything but the location
It was run down and shabby with several obvious repairs in progress. Bedding was old and lumpy, hot tub still broken, pool was dirty. Breakfast was bare minimum and the windows just highlighted the grubby neglected appearance. I won’t be back
The bed was comfortable
The breakfast was poor, one toaster for all of the guests,( and it didn’t work properly) it took forever to do one piece of toast, when I tried to explain to the lady who was in charge,( she didn’t speak any English) also ther wasn’t much choice of food,

Suite a des difficulty avec United airlines nous sommes arrive dans la nuit et surprise la personne a lacceuil avait deserte son poste on a dormi de quelques heures sir des chaises dans le lobby jusqua temps que quelqu un nous prepare une chambre vers 7:30 on mavais dit qu il naurais aucune charge mais evidemment j ai eu une charge!!! Jessaie denvoyer une reclamation en explicant les details la reponse cest que l hotel a change de proprietaire et quand je demande a qui je dois envoye ma demande silence radio….

Breakfast and location
Staff was not the most kind and hospitable, the room was older and not very clean with visible carpet stains, they did not have a crib/pack'n'play ready for us in the room and didnt bring it up making us go downstairs to get it, there were only 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel available upon arrival for 4 guests. No water fountain. no body wash only the hand soap available.
