A hiccup during our stay

I liked the setup of the room. I liked the room being separated by a door. The front sitting area had a separate TV.

Cons:

Our air did not work. Called front desk they said someone would look at it tomorrow. The next day we went to seaworld, when we returned the room was hot and no one had been there to look at air so we ended up changing rooms. The first room was a king suite but the 2nd room was not. It was a 2 queens which was fine but I feel like we was downgraded in rooms. I preferred the king suite and that is usually what I book when staying at a Country Inn & Suites. The 2nd room was perfectly fine, it just wasn't what I booked and was wanting.

Good for one night stay but will ask for a different room next time.
Pros:

It was in walking distance of a variety of restaurants.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room had a high mold scent. The A/C is vintage. Room got extremely hot during the night. The elevator was not working properly so we had to use the stairs which had a buildup of dirt and trash.

Location perfect for airport and restaurants however customer service needs to improve.
Pros:

Location was perfect, pool looked good however didn't have time to use. Also close to restaurants. Perfect for a overnight stay.

Cons:

No where to store luggage. We arrived early with a light flight scheduled. We were told there was no where to leave luggage. We had no option but to wait in the lobby, with an expectation time of 6 hours before our room would be ready for checkin. We then overheard the receptionist tell another couple that they could pay a early check in fee for a room now. Not sure why this wasn't offered to me. When we questioned this availability, I was also advised at this stage I could pay a early checkin fee. Receptionist may have been having a bad morning as it was quite busy.

Cons:

My room smelled like mildew and water damage. The halls were really muggy and hot. My shower rod was put up wrong and the shower curtain didn't close all the way, so water kept running out of the shower and went through all my towels to keep it from going out on the carpet. The breakfast was very limited. The hot tub was covered and the pool looked really run down. Just needs an update and better breakfast with cooler main areas and they would be set for the most part.
