Cons:

A szálloda színvonala nem éri el az 5*. A szoba zajos egy belső udvarra néző szobát kaptam ahol a zajok fokozottan felerősödtek. Kézmosó részére szappant biztosítottak, szappantartó nélkül. WC lehúzási lehetősége csak akkor ha a fedél lehajtásra került.
Három csillagos hotelban jártam már ami jobb felszereltséggel minőséggel volt előkészítve.

The Grand Hotel Krakow. Definitely not 5 star.
Pros:

The hotel and location were very good. Although it was definitely not 5 star. My room was very small, could not fit a bedside table in. In the bathroom were 3 shampoo complementry bottles, no shower gel. I had no milk in the room.
The double bed had 2 single duvets on it which was not very comfortable.
I asked if I could get a drink at the bar, and was told the bar was not open, I had to wait and have a drink with my evening meal.
I went half board, and my evening meal was what they gave me, no choice, and it was cold. I did tell the receptionist she said the hotel was usually only bed and breakfast? Why did I pay for half board?..
The next evening she asked if I wanted dinner, I said no, she then said I hadn't paid for al a carte restaurant, very confusing, as paid a lot of money for my holiday.
The breakfast was very good, a lot of choice.
The staff were not helpful, couldn't get to see manager, as was never there when I was.
I would not recommend anyone going to the Grand Hotel krakow.

A new favorite
Pros:

This is now o one of my top five hotels. Loved the sauna and fitness room (I was the only one who used it!), grand stairs and stained glass, breakfast buffet and central location v my only complaint was I walked too much!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Krakow. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located in the heart of the city.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a great selection of fresh options.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Unser Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel Krakau war einfach hervorragend. Das Hotel verbindet historischen Charme mit modernem Komfort und liegt perfekt im Herzen der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bieten eine angenehme Atmosphäre zum Entspannen.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und professionelle Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit war und unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.
Dank der zentralen Lage konnten wir alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Insgesamt ein erstklassiges Hotel mit exzellentem Service, das wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Krakau besuchen möchten! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beliggenhet og fantastisk god standard. Vakkert interiør og særdeles god service fra vi kom til vi dro. Rent og pent

Cons:

En del støy fra gaten og ikke lydtette rom. Små bad. Rar smykkebutikk i hotellet som ikke ville selge smykkene sine, da hun som sto i butikken ikke visste prisen på smykkene.
