Sembra di essere in un film della Principessa Sissi.
Pros:

Struttura bellissima. Un pochino datata ma comunque pulitissima. Posizione top proprio dietro piazza del mercato. Colazione forse da migliorare ma comunque funzionale allo scopo. Staff gentilissimo. Camera grande e confortevole. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Lovely hotel but don’t book Half Board!
Pros:

Lovely historic hotel with a great location. The rooms were very comfortable however I would have preferred a walk in shower rather than having to step up and over into a bath. I did make a special request but they just didn’t have them. I requested a non slip bath mat on the first morning and this was provided but access was still tight & hazardous due to the fixed clear glass side panel taking up so much room.

Breakfast was very good but the evening meal was simply dreadful. We booked Half Board through our operator and despite complaining after our first evening meal it didn’t improve in quality. It’s a set meal - no choice whatsoever but the quality & standard was poor. Plain spaghetti with a few cherry tomatoes in it and no sauce is not what I consider a main meal in a 5 star hotel. No wonder we were the only guests every night for 5 nights in their restaurant. Very disappointing. We had to pay for main meals outside.

4,5 dag i skønne Kraków. Hotellet trænger til en opgradering, og er ikke 5 stjerner værd.
Pros:

Stille og roligt hotel midt i den gamle by.

Cons:

Badekar var svært at komme ned og op af. TV havde kun polske kanaler. Morgenmaden var ikke det store sus. Vores dør gik i udu utallige gange, hvilket var frustrerende.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Krakow was truly exceptional. The hotel impresses with its elegant, historic character and its perfect location just steps away from the Main Market Square, while still offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff deserve special recognition — professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the restaurant maintained a very high standard. The Grand Hotel Krakow is an excellent choice for both leisure and business travel. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, class, and a memorable experience in the heart of Krakow.

Ein wunderschöne Ort.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Personal war top

Cons:

Parkplatz war viel zu teuer. Es wurde uns außerhalb ein Parkplatz angeboten aber vor dem Hotel durfte man nicht halten. Eine Adresse zum Koffer entladen vor/ beim Hotel wäre toll.

Прекрасно и комфортно
Pros:

Отель, переделанный из старинного особняка. Классическая мебель, дизайн. Комнаты просторные, с высоким потолком. В самом сердце Кракова. Завтраки неплохие, в зале с очень хорошей акустикой, похоже когда -то в этом зале звучали оперные концерты. Сервис отличный.

Cons:

Немного шумно, если не закрывать окон. И ванная маленькая, но очень чисто, и в принципе все, что нужно есть. Хорошо бы еще в банные принадлежности доложить кондиционер для волос.

חוויה גרועה ,שלא הצדיקה את המחיר הגבוה ששילמנו ללילה כמעט 250$.
Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאוד בינונית ,ביחס למלון שמתיימר להיות 5 כוכבים ,בחלק מהימים הלחם לא היה טרי והוגש מחומם, מכונת הקפה הייתה תקולה באחד הבקרים .ארוחה מאוד מאכזבת ביחס למלונות אחרים ברמת 5 כוכבים .

Cons:

החדר היה מחולק ל 2 מבואה, וחדר שינה. במבואה יש מזגן ואילו בחדר השינה אין. והטמפרטורה הגיעה ל 34 מעלות .האבזור בחדר היה מינימליסטי ,אין מתקן להניח עליו את המזוודות ונאלצנו לשים מזוודה על כיסא ומזוודה על שולחן במבואה .הספה מול הטלוויזיה הייתה כל כך ישנה, המתכת הורגשה בישיבה עליה. החדרנית לא סידרה המיטה כמקובל לא מתחה הסדינים אלא החזירה השמיכה מעל וזהו ,וחלק מהמגבות במקלחת כל כך ישנות שהחוטים מסביב למגבת היו קרועים .אין שקע במקלחת שניתן לחבר מברשת שיניים ונאלצנו לשים המברשת ליד השקע של הטלוויזיה .מלון 5 כוכבים עם הרגשה של 3 כוכבים .כל הפניות שלנו למנהלת הקבלה לא עזרו למרות שהצדיקה אותנו .
