Łóżko było wygodne

Cons:

Obsługa nie pomocna, za opłaconą kolację do wyboru było tylko pierogi z kapustą i filet z kurczaka(musieliśmy zrezygnować), klimatyzacji nie ma. Personal nie wydział gdzie podają kolację.

Pobyt uwazam za udany, pomimo duzych trudnosci dojazdowych do hotelu.
Pros:

Polozenie Hotelu,jest bardzo centralne. Dobre sniadania, oraz bardzo mila obsluga.

Cons:

Fatalny dojazd do hotelu wlasnym samochodem mimo zalaczonej nawigacji. Hotel znajduje sie w strefie zakazu ruchu i policja bardzo dokladnie kontroluje ta okolice i wymaga poswiadczenia ze jest sie gosciem hotelowym czego niestety z hotelu nie otrzymalismy.
Brak mozliwosci ladowania samochodu elektrycznego na parkingu hotelowym, ktory jest stosunkowo drogi - 180 zl. na dobe i bardzo maly - max. 4-5 samochdow.

Cons:

Pri objednávaní ubytovania ste nám neuviedli, že parkovanie v hoteli si musíme dopredu rezervovať, čo nám spôsobilo hodne komplikácii. Parkovanie ďaleko,museli sme sa tahat s batožinou. Veľmi hlučno. určite by bolo potrebné takúto základnú vec upozorniť pri objednávaní.

Nel cuore di Cracovia
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, ambienti molto eleganti e sontuosi, stile "Old Money" tradizionale, spazi molto ampi, sia le camere che le parti comuni, stile "retrò" molto gradevole. Staff sollecito ed efficiente, ogni richiesta eseguita senza indugio.

Cons:

L'hotel è antico, in pieno centro storico: questo gli da indubbio fascino, ma alcuni dettagli (mobili, sanitari e le stesse tubature a detta di una receptionist cui ho chiestod ella potabilità dell'acqua) sono "vecchi" e andrebbero, nel rispetto dello stile classico, rimodernati.

Pros:

Am avut o experiență excelentă la Grand Hotel. Hotelul este extrem de curat și bine întreținut, ceea ce a contribuit mult la confortul șederii.

Locația este perfectă – chiar în centrul orașului, cu acces rapid la principalele atracții turistice. În imediata apropiere se află numeroase străzi pline de baruri și restaurante, ideale pentru plimbări seara sau pentru a descoperi atmosfera locală.

Hotelul este foarte frumos, elegant și oferă o ambianță plăcută, potrivită atât pentru relaxare, cât și pentru explorarea orașului.

Recomand cu încredere pentru oricine vizitează Cracovia și își dorește cazare centrală, curată și confortabilă.
