Pros:

Fantastic breakfast buffet!!
But I couldn't find pool towels (not a big deal).
Lovely staircase, all marble and not dirty like some hotels. They could be much better signposted. Unless you don't want clients to use them...

Cons:

Check-in desk staff were correct but very unsmiling, made us feel we were much too early (which we were, 1 hour, but it would have been easy to smile at least once)

Excellent Breakfast wwith a good selection of food. Beautiful to be able to sit outside the Resturaunt views over the harbour. Rooms were spotless. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The Elevators are an issue. No up/down button so every elevator stops at the floor regardless of the direction the people waiting want to go. Lots of customer confusion. This should be easily sorted.

Pros:

Atendimento excelente. Excelente localização.
Pros:

Localização excelente, rooftop com vista fantástica e com área de piscina, pequena, mas boa para relaxar. Simpatia e disponibilidade de todo o staff, desde o check in até no serviço de bar. Cuidado e atenção com o cliente, sendo hotel de 4 estrelas o serviço é de 5!

Excellent hotel with an excellent location, would definitely recommend to friends and would definitely return.
Pros:

Excellent location, really clean, lovely breakfast, lovely rooftop pool area. Standard room was quite spacious and the bathroom was very big. Great shower.
