Super helpful and friendly staff. Very rich breakfast. Good location. Gym was also pleasant to do workout in.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bed was like sleeping in a bowl, mattresses might need some updating. Other than that a nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The hotel has an exceptional location. The rooftop pool although small is perfect for cooling off. The restaurant and bar on the top floor has panoramic views.
All the staff we met were welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

We had a room on the 3rd floor. We could hear some noise which we think come from the rooftop bar/restaurant on the 4th floor.

Un séjour de cauchemar a oublier, sauf pour le petit-déjeuner exceptionnel.
Pros:

Très bel emplacement à côté de la marina et du centre du vieux Faro. Petit déjeuner somptueux et piscine avec bar sur le roof top. Personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Le côté hyper bruyant de l’endroit. Impossible de dormir avant 4 heures du matin et une intervention de police. La présence de fourmis dans la salle de bains, indigne du côté hôtel de luxe annoncé. L’impossibilité de se connecter au wifi, malgré une démarche effectuée à la réception. Le caractère exigu de la chambre pour un établissement qui se dit de standing.

Beautifully situated
Pros:

This hotel is right near the small harbour, the centre of Faro waterfront and the old walled town. It offers good value for money and excellent service from the staff. We used the hotel car park although the bus depot and the railway station are within very easy walking distance. We had a nice, newly decorated room and enjoyed the variety available at the inclusive breakfast buffet.

At the hub of the Algarve and only 15 minutes from the airport this hotel is beautifully situated.
