Desayuno muy correcto y bien surtido, ubicación excelente, el restaurante no lo utilizamos, el parquin muy cómodo y fácil de aparcar, en general bien en todo
mejorar el ruido de la climatización y el jabón ,tanto en ducha como lavabo, salía gota a gota y muy despacio ,lo que obligaba a mayor consumo de agua

De airco werkte niet goed. Dat kan gewoon niet voor deze prijs en zeker niet in zo’n heet land. Je bed kan nog zo lekker liggen, maar als het te heet is slaap je slecht.
Ik he. Zowel bij de receptie geklaagd als ze online een bericht gestuurd maar niemand heeft mij geholpen. Bij de receptie waren ze passief en zeiden ze dat ze niks konden doen en online hebben ze niet gereageerd. Jammer en onprofessioneel.
Everything needed was there! The room was well equipped with a large bed, beautiful bathroom, a fridge and a safe! The facilities were also more than what you need! From a gym and spa to the relaxing pool with beautiful view and the excellent breakfast! Our stay was really good and the hotel is well located!
The only minor encounter I had, had to do with the rules of the pool. Outside of the pool it is clearly marked (on the pool rules board) that no drinks or alcohol are permitted inside the pool. During our stay we had a group of guests that generously consumed, and payed for alcohol including champagne bottled. I’m guessing the bills must be high. To my surprise they were inside the pool with bottles and glasses of champagne acting like the pool was theirs and making very loud noise. It made me and my partner, together with other guests very uncomfortable! We do our best to respect all rules, only to see an exception be made. When si asked a staff member of the bar (telling him that the rules said alcohol was prohibited in the pool) he told me that it was perfectly fine… This is something i honestly really don’t appreciate at all under any circumstances. Everyone has paid to be there and should be treated the same way. No one should have the feeling that they’re embarrassed or not included like we and the others were at those moments. Rules are there for everyone and staff members denying them for special groups of people is something that should not happen. I hope this will come to the attention of management, and the staff of the bar!

Roof top restaurant is a must visit with Excellent views.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Hotel sehr sauber und die Dachterrasse bietet einen schönen Ausblick.
Das Hotel und die Zimmer wirken recht steril. Die Klimaanlage war auch im Off Zustand akustisch präsent. Die Isolation des Zimmers in Richtung Flur war praktisch nicht vorhanden.

Airco werkte niet en maakte veel lawaai. Veel zaken verouderd. Beschadigd.
Zimmer war groß, gute Dusche und gutes Bett. Toll war ein Steamer auf dem Zimmer. Es gab ein sehr großes Frühstücksbuffet von guter Qualität. Die Dachterrasse ist auch schön. Personal war professionell nett.
Lage direkt an einer Hauptstraße, wo es abends sehr laut war. Auf der anderen Seite eine Baustelle. Betten etwas weich.

Location was absolutely perfect for everything in and around Faro
The pool was very disappointing… broken mosaic tiles on the steps leading up to the pool… tiles sunken and wet cement visible… very unattractive and not nice for a hotel at around £200 per night
