Bra läge. Bra rum. Personalen förutom receptionisten som checkade ut oss var trevlig.

Cons:

Bemötandet av er receptionist när vi checkat. Som vi berättade för honom när vi ringde åter, upplevde vi att han insinuerade att vi smitit in och ätit frukost för 2 trots att vi enbart betalt för 1. Vi tackade ja o till frukost för 2 o betalade det vi blev angivna. Att sen bli ifrågasatt om vi ätit, flera ggr och sedan om ”vi blev insläppta”. Och sedan i ett mycket dåligt tonfall ”jaha då får vi väl bjuda på det”. Om någon av er personal råkar begå ett misstag i debiteringen utan vår vetskap tar vi för givet att det inte ska gå ut över kunden. Det handlar om, som vi ser det, att vanligt folkvett och kundservice oavsett vilket arbete man har. Tyvärr gav det intryck för hela vistelsen.

The worst ever.

Only the location. A little bit the breakfast

Cons:

I spent a whole week in a small room that did not exceed 12 square meters and did not contain a wardrobe, a small refrigerator, or even facial tissues.
The receptionist tried to speak to his direct manager for help, but he was stubborn and uncooperative.

There is often a deliberate lack of clarity on booking.com regarding whether breakfast is included in the booking or not. In fact, my experiences with this application have been poor over my last three bookings.

Pros:

Newly reconstructed rooms in upper floors
Good showers

Cons:

No reguarly clean room- guest must opt in. And even so, not really properly cleaning.

I found bed uncomfortable

Gust requested to book breakfast time every day

Großes Zimmer mit Panoramablick über Göteborg. Unbedingt ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen buchen!
Man kann relativ bequem zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen.

Att det först inte gick att boka i Scandicappen då det stod att det var fullbokat, utan fick gå via Booking, för där kom det upp att det fanns lediga rum på Opalen. Flera med mig upplevde samma sak.
