Expensive, air con doesn’t work, don’t expect sleep.
Pros:

Proximity to the Ullevi Stadium was great
Staff were friendly

Cons:

Grossly overpriced. Nasty cheap mattresses that you sink into. Moved rooms as the first bed was at a 45 degree angle. Air conditioning on a cold day in March in the rooms was ineffective so goodness knows awful it must be in the summer. Couldnt leave windows open as the traffic and trams were ao loud all night. Tiny beds despite being described as doubles and polyester pillows that make sure that just as you’re reaching boiling point due to the ineffective air conditioning you boil over.

Cheap, nasty - for UK travellers, this was well well below the standards you’d get at a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge. Beware.

A perfect 3 nights in Gothenburg in a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast selection was amazing. Our room was very comfortable and the beds were fabulous. The location was perfect as we were going to a concert, the venue was across from the hotel. We had the most breath taking views out of the vast window. Stunning views by day and outstanding views by night. We were on the 12th floor. Wow!

Cons:

The majority of the staff at the hotel were absolutely perfect. The female staff in the bar area were lovely. We have to tell you that the male bar staff were not at all pleasant. We are not in the habit of complaining about staff but we did not feel welcome when we entered the bar, whether it was for a bar snack or for an aperitif. I watched them with other customers, just in case they behaved differently, it seemed to be with all customers. Perhaps they were short staffed, but this is not an excuse.
The other strange thing was the lack of plugs and the positioning of the plugs.
