It’s always a pleasure to return to this hotel. The excellent location is a bonus, but what truly makes every stay memorable is the warm hospitality. From the moment you arrive at the gate to every interaction throughout the hotel, the staff make you feel genuinely welcome.
A special thanks to Swathi, the Duty Manager, for always being so welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Inam at the reception was also extremely helpful and ensured a smooth experience. I’d also like to thank Neeraj, Kiran, and Naveen from the restaurant for their outstanding guest-oriented service and professionalism.
Their dedication and genuine care for guests are what keep me coming back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely awesome breakfast. Chef Rajkumar who has been here for 25 years has kept the standards impeccable. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Location cannot be better. The hotel cars and drivers are superb and professional. We always stay here when we are in Bangalore .
