Stay - amenities and food - Euro and Indian Cuisines
Pros:

The overall experience with vivanta was great, the dinner, especially the tandoori and the European options were good. The veg lasagna cooked by the chef Rajkumar is a special mention - would recommend to everyone to try. The panner tikka was also great, and the dining experience at the open garden view adds a lot to the ambience. Definitely would recommend this for everyone.

Home Away from Home
Pros:

Great service as always. Special mention of F&B Manager Sandeep Singharoy, Iman, Vinita & Sejal at Reception All provided extraordinary warmth & service. Food taste and Breakfast spread was excellent under Chef Antony & Chef Nishant who made special dishes to my taste. Housekeeping service was unodtrusive. Perfect service all around made my stay comfortable.

Shower was not upto mark. It was an ordeal to siphon the shower gel onto the palm. Property feels old. Btw,, I first stayed here in 1978 when it was East West, so I should know .

Awesome experience at vivanta
Pros:

Was very happy with the warm hospitality of the entire staff.. All of them truly made us feel special especially the GM Ms. Reetika and her entire team!
Mr. Stephen , Mr. Pradeep and the other restaurant staff were also very courteous and kind and took great care of us.. Overall, had a great experience at Vivanta.. Looking forward to staying here again! The central location near to the market is an added advantage.. Would highly recommend anyone coming to bangalore to stay here!

Pros:

Huge praise to Pragati on the reception desk. Being a Britt abroad I needed some local support with visiting Bangalore. She was outstanding.

Ein Hotel in guter Innenstadtlage mit kleinen Schwächen

Ein Hotel mit einer perfekten Innenstadtlage. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Leider waren die Duschen nicht wirklich sauber und überall war Schimmel zu erkennen. Feucht / Warmes Klima ... vielleicht noch zu verstehen.

Leider gab es grössere Unstimmigkeiten an der Rezeption. Eine Verlängerung der Buchung vor Ort war nur zu einem erheblichem Mehrpreis möglich. Bei Booking der günstigere Preis ohne Probleme. Das ist wirklich nicht zu verstehen. Die Mitarbeiterin und dann auch die Managerin waren sehr umkooperativ und nicht wirklich freundlich und man muß deswegen sich nicht mit dem Gast anlegen und diesen verärgern, zumal es von Win/Win auf ganz erhebliche Einbußen des Hotels hinauslief. Sinnfrei

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Es gibt allerdings neuere Hotels mit mehr Komfort für ein wenig mehr Geld in der Nähe.

Really good experience at Vivanta
Pros:

With so many dietary restrictions like No Onion & No Garlic, and Zero Spicy - never expected to have been so pampered by the staff here. Special shout out to Chef Raj Kumar, Chef Sandeep & Neeraj Khanayat. They took extra care and made our stay just delightful. They helped us get exactly the kind of food we wanted & rectified any minor issues promptly.
