Pros:

The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The gym was nice and I like that there is a sauna. Room size is good, location is good as it is near trainstations and grocery stores. I also like that they ask in the beginning at our stay how often we would like our room to be cleaned, we didn't think every day is necessary but you can have for example new towels every day if you want.

Cons:

I didn't see it when I booked the stay, but I didn't like that there was no refrigerator in our room. The mattress in the bed was not good. The shower was not clean enough.

Fint hotel, men manglende styr på grundlæggende hotelservice, fx rengøring på værelset under ophold.
Pros:

Placering var god og parkeringsafgift rimelig.

Cons:

Der blev glemt at blive gjort rent på værelset efter 1. døgn.
Bilopladning var ikke tidsbegrænset, så gæster lod bilerne stå til ladning i halve døgn.

Cons:

Værelset var beskidt og jeg pointerede dette overfor en medarbejder, og jeg blev ikke mødt, andet end værelset skulle have en deep clean når vi var taget afsted. Virkelig ulækkert at bo på sådan et værelse.
Vi har været på mange forskellige scandic hoteller rundt omkring, dette er klart det værste ophold.
Morgenmaden levede heller ikke op til forventninger. Frugt og grønt var tydeligt ikke frisk. Vi afmelder vores planlagte ophold i juni måned på jeres hotel, absolut ikke pengene værd.
