Cons:

Check in at 4pm is not acceptable.
They should clean the rooms more often, also clean towels shoild be provided on a daily basis, no need to tell Front Office to chamge the towels.

Pros:

We got an Upgrade without asking, personal really friendly.
Breakfast can be loud but depends how many busses arrived the day before. But you have to choose the right time.
Enough of choices for breakfast.
5min to the train 10min to the metro

Cons:

A real coffeemachine would be great

Well-located hotel with easy access to the city, but cleanliness and some amenities did not meet expectations
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently located for those arriving by car. It is easy to get there without having to drive through central Copenhagen, and the city center can be reached quickly by bus and train.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. The room did not feel sufficiently clean upon arrival, with dust and shortcomings in the overall cleanliness. I also missed having slippers in the room, and a small refrigerator would have been appreciated. Closed wardrobes would have given a cleaner and more organized impression.

Parking is available, but it is unfortunate that it comes at an additional cost. Furthermore, check-in is not until 4:00 PM, which feels rather late compared to many other hotels.

Pros:

Просто отель, где переночевать. Рядом автобус, легко добраться до Тиволи и Центрального вокзала. Недалеко метро. Хороший интернет.

Cons:

Высокая цена. Не понравилась кровать - мягкая и пружинистая. Но это на любителя, возножно, другим это нравится.

Scandic indifference
Pros:

The breakfast was good

Cons:

1. No tea/coffee in the room.
2. No telephone in the room. I had to run to the reception for everything.
3. The reception was unresponsive. My room did not have hand wash, it was not refilled despite my request.
4. My friend got double charged for his room. Upon protesting, he was told that the payment would be refunded, which hasn't happened as yet.
