Riktigt dåligt att det inte fanns kylskåp inne på rummet och kaffe/te det hade varit bra att ha! Det saknade jag!

Kuddarna var hemska att sova på. Fick ont i nacken. Var som att försöka sova på en badboll...

Great location and breakfast, Lobby area is very nice and cozy , but rooms comfort and cleaning not
Pros:

The breakfast was super nice, fresh breads, good variety for adults and kids. The location is very convenient just by the central station, so we managed to quickly change after our trip and a have a nice walk in city center.

Cons:

The beds were not convenient at all, we requested twin beds connected as we usually disturb one another, but as the beds were very lightweight, ones move was easily being transferred to another one.

The room was absolutely full of dust when we entered, felt like no one entered this room in weeks, we arrived in the evening so didn't bother to inform reception, hoping that in the morning there will be a cleaning service anyway, so went after next day after breakfast , came back to the same messy dirty room, when we asked why it wasn't cleaned it turned out there is no certain cleaning service, you need to book it in advance if you need your room cleaned, and it was already late to do so for us... :) Would have been good to be informed at least in reception when checking in that you need to book your cleaning ...

3 dagers overnatting i forbindelse med FutureCup
Pros:

Veldig sentralt. Store og rene rom. Var her i forbindelse med FutureCup. Veldig bra at det var garasje under hotellet som var sikret og låst.

Cons:

Veldig trangt garasje. Flere steder der det er stolper og veldig vanskelig å komme ut av bilen.
Ikke noe kjøleskap. Dusjen er litt åpent kun 1 dusjdør som skjermer for vannet.

Bad beds, but excellent location.
Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

The beds, they were uncomfortable especially single ones which was supposed to be dobbelt, but weren't.

Clean, comfortable beds. Great location to train station, resturants and shops.

Cons:

There was no kettle or mini fridge in the room which I would expect. There was communal microwave and hot water available. House keeping did not come, even when specifically asked. The first day there was about 10 board games available, when we went the next day (and the next) - none, "people must have taken to their rooms". The table tennis bats were "broken". All these were minor things so I would still recommend
