Cons:

Jättekallt i rummet , tråkigt när man har små barn , fick sova i dubbla kläder och strumpor och täcke… rummet blev inte varmt under hela vistelsen.

I experienced rude service from the receptionist, and the check-in was delayed to 4 PM instead of 3 PM, which is unaccep
Cons:

I would like to report an important issue regarding the reception at your hotel. There is an elderly receptionist who is extremely rude and seems uninterested in her job or in helping guests. A sensitive position like this requires someone who can interact with visitors properly. It would be more appropriate for her to retire rather than continue working with such an attitude.

Additionally, in almost all hotels, the check-in time is at 3 PM. However, at Scandic Kungens Kurva, we were told upon arrival that we had to wait until 4 PM. This is unacceptable. Your hotel is large and has many rooms, so it is unreasonable to claim that all rooms are occupied. I regularly stay in hotels, and even much smaller ones do their best to prepare a room as soon as possible.

Therefore, making guests wait until 16:00 to get a room is unjustified and not acceptable.

Jag vill gärna framföra en viktig synpunkt angående receptionen på hotellet. Det finns en äldre receptionist som är väldigt otrevlig och verkar inte vara intresserad av sitt arbete eller att hjälpa gästerna. En sådan känslig position kräver någon som kan bemöta besökare på ett professionellt sätt. Det hade varit mer lämpligt för henne att gå i pension än att fortsätta arbeta med denna attityd.

Dessutom är incheckningstiden på nästan alla hotell klockan 15. Men på Scandic Kungens Kurva fick vi besked vid ankomst att vi måste vänta till klockan 16, vilket inte är acceptabelt. Hotellet är stort och har många rum, så det är orimligt att påstå att alla rum är upptagna. Jag bor ofta på hotell, och även betydligt mindre hotell försöker alltid ordna ett ledigt rum så snart som möjligt.

Att behöva vänta till klockan 16 för att få ett rum är därför oförsvarbart och inte okej.
