Jeg bestilte rom via booking, og trykket litt feil, skulle booke i Umeå, , men booket og betalte i Luleå. Rett etter ringte jeg hotellet, forklarte hva jeg hadde gjort, da jeg var i Umeå. Spurte om jeg kunne få bytte dat, da jeg er i området Luleå, flere ganger i året. Svaret var nei, uten noe som helt forklaring hvorfor. Så la vedkommende på. For en fantastisk service😐

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel was as expected. It is not central but there is a bus nearby that takes you to the city center. The area is not very cosy or interesting.

The bed was very comfortable and I was happy I could open the window.

We took the bus to to Gammelstad and it was a very nice outing. Go to the visitor center for maps, etc.

Cons:

I would suggest you add body lotion to the bathrooms.

Inget ställe för par som vill träna och njuta av bassängen.
Pros:

Tyvärr hade en vattenskada orsakat ett mindre kaos i entrén. Väldigt mycket yngre (i tonåren) samt barnfamiljer som bode här samtidigt som oss. Gick inte att nyttja gymmet då det var mer ett rum där barn roade sig med att testa maskiner på sitt vis. Vi valde mellan scandic och ett annat hotell, men tog Scandic då deras frukost har varit super, så var det inte här.
