Pros:

Bodde högst upp, det var lugnt o skönt. Trevlig personal när jag kom in på kvällarna jämfört med check in.

Cons:

Incheck va skum, hade frågat om tidig incheck och istället för att få direkta svar var det dyk upp och testa men vi lägger till en notering, varav på plats var det otrevlig deflekt om att det inte fanns. jag är helt ok ned att det inte går, bara säg till så kan jag lösa det och inte ok att vara otrevlig om det om man nu sagt att det kanske funkar och att jag skulle fråga om det online. Hade också frågat om frukosten då jag inte såg om det ingick eller ej, de va ej och ville lägga till det men att betala för det på plats verkade ge förvirring och tog lång väntetid medan jag antar att det skulle kollas med andra kollegor då flera kom förbi och kollade på skärmen och prat om frukost pågick men jag fick ingen förklaring eller återkoppling på vad som hände eller varför jag fick vänta. Lite logistik kaos vid frukosten men det är baserat på folk som inte kan stå i kö tycker jag, inte på er men det kommer nog bara bli värre så liten varning.
