Vi klagde på rommet og det luktet kloakk inne på rommet av og på som var helt forferdelig. Kunne fått tilbud om nytt rom

Nära tunnelbana, handikappvänligt.Bra personal

Cons:

Eftersom vi bodde på ” handikapp ” anpassat rum skulle jag vilja ha något som håller upp dörren. Den är tung och svårt att komma in i rummet

Design, god mat och service i världsklass.
Pros:

Underbar frukost men fantastisk personal. Glutenfri avdelning fanns. Mycket bra upplägg och upplevelse. Färska groddar att klippa med sax. Wow! Överlag ett vackert, mysigt, välstädat och designmässigt fulländat hotell i söders hjärta. Och än en gång vill jag lyfta personalen. Receptionisterna är lyhörda och naturligt varma i sitt bemötande. Kommer man en torsdag som vi gjorde serveras skorpor med cremecheese och sylt i lobbyn. 🥰

Cons:

Tunnelbanan hördes med jämna mellanrum inne i rummet. Även på natten. Vi bodde på vån -1. Med öronproppar gick det att sova ändå. Det ska tilläggas att jag är ljudkänslig och att min man inte stördes alls. Hotellet ligger så fantastiskt centralt och det är värt att störas lite av ljudet av den tunnelbana som gjorde att det gick så oerhört lätt att ta sig dit från T-Centralen.

Super comfortable bed. Modern cosy room with great view. Quiet AC. Wide selection in the breakfast buffé in vegan.

Cons:

No lotion in the bathroom. Poor coffee (standard bryggkaffe) but option to pay extra for espresso at the bar.

Others might be bothered by noise until midnight Friday and 1am on Saturday by bars next door.
