Pros:

Skön säng, god frukost. Jättebra att det låg nära Göta Lejon som vi skulle besöka. Blev uppgraderade till ett bättre rum.

Bra hotell som jag gärna bokar igen

Bra läge vid tunnelbanan
Jättebra frukostbuffé

Cons:

Fick först ett hotellrum som låg högst upp med snedtak och där fönstret satt så högt att man knappt såg ut. Gick direkt ner till receptionen och bytte till ett jättetrevligt rum.

Pros:

Hotel in a good location near the Metro. Our room was not vacuumed thoroughly and it was quite noisy during night because of nightclub. Staff was very helpful!

Härlig helg med skön avkoppling

Centralt beläget. Tyst och lugnt. Fint rum.
En fantastisk frukostbuffé.
Trevlig personal i matsal och reception.

Cons:

Trång toalett och dusch. Vatten som rann ut över hela toalettgolvet.

Undergroung rooms have a strong smell of sewer. Early check in upgrade felt like a scam
Pros:

I liked the location and there were grocery stores close.

Cons:

We upgraded room for an early check in but it felt like a downgrade because the room was underground, no windows and the smell of sewer was very annoying.
