Pros:

Centralt god frukost mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal

Cons:

Slitet rum och smutsigt kring fönstren, fläckig fåtölj och golv. Väldigt lyhört utifrån fast jag bodde på 5: e våningen

very bad policy. The forced me to pay an extra 200 skr for check in one hour early before 4pm regular check in time. The room was ready, but they insisted on the 200skr. Extremely rude to customers

Pleasant stay
Pros:

It was a very pleasant stay, great location and clean rooms. Reception staff were very responsive and friendly. Especially Rihab ❤ she was very helpful

The parking problem. The hotel can let us know beforehand to book a parking space in advance

Otroligt dåligt städade rum (våra vänner som också bodde där så samma om deras rum). Ingen kyl. Väldigt litet för fyra personer.
