rummet är trångt och otrivsamt. det sämsta rummet jag har bott på i Scandic hotellen genom alla år,ca 60 nätter per år i ca 15 år.

Super staff
Pros:

The staff were so friendly. Our son broke his arm and the staff were lovely, giving him special treats that were for his food requirements and just generally so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was great. The rooms were good.

Cons:

It isn't easy to work out how to get there in a car and park in their car park.

Cons:

Familjerummet med två öppningsbara fönster varav endast Ett hade barnspärr. DÅLIGT !! Det ska vara tryggt att bo på hotell med barn. Vi löste det själva med egen rem.

Helt ok frukost

Cons:

Dåligt i incheckningen. Undrade om man kunde få tillgång till rummet tidigare då vi kom till Uppsala på förmiddagen. Fick till svar att incheckningen började 16:00. Foajén var full av kunder som köade. Några dagar före vå avresa hemifrån fick vi ett erbjudande om att det kunde ordnas för 200:- i tillägg
