The room was fairly clean but smelled like icey hot. The bedroom wasn’t working, but the one in the kitchen was. The top door lock was broken. Overall, the stay was good. Could have been better.

Lugar acogedor, seguro, vista al lago, cercana a lugares de interés.

The lobby was nice and clean the man at the desk was very friendly and helpful but the key cards were trash we had to go back to the lobby before we could get in our room, the guy at the desk was apologetic and again very helpful and gave us new keys. The new keys only worked when they wanted to so I would go downstairs but couldn’t get back up because the key wouldn’t work. After shift change the two girls at the desk were arguing and talking crap about guests that came in while my friend was sitting in the lobby waiting for me, not a good impression. Overall the room was clean the view was great and I would probably stay here again if you fix the key system and train the desk girls better

Nice place to stay for a weekend.
Only draw back was the key card system for elevators didn't work correctly all the time.

Lovely clean newly renovated hotel. Close to universal. Mattresses even have mattresses encasements. Back of the hotel could do with painting if I was to be picky but that’s it’s

Hotel muito bem localizado, ja é a segunda vez que me hospedo no local, os cartoes de acesso ao elevador nao funcionam adequadamente, necessitam mudar esse sistema, o hotel é bem limpo, os funcionairos sao educados e o servico de limpeza é ok.

This hotel has a great location near (5 to 15 min) to the Universal Parks, restaurants, other attractions and shops.
However I reserved the shuttle to transport us to the parks and the schedule was confusing.
For the breakfast the only protein is boiled eggs and they don’t taste good.
Overall, I would return. The view in front of the pond is beautiful.

Sempre q vou à Orlando fico nesse hotel…ele é muito bem localizado, estacionamento free, equipe atenciosa, quarto amplo, confortável… sempre fico no mesmo tipo de quarto, de frente pro lago… tem uma cozinha q facilita muito, junto com uma ante-sala… o café da manhã é muito simples, mas sempre faço as refeições utilizando a cozinha do quarto mesmo… passe no Walmart, faça suas compras q seu café da manhã estará garantido… recomendo demais esse hotel!!!

Was mad chill

When we checked into our room, we immediately noticed roaches. Thankfully, the front desk staff was kind and quickly moved us to a better room. Parking was frustrating since it was first come, first served, and many non-guests were using the lot to go to the arcade next door. The breakfast was bland with very limited options. Overall, not a pleasant experience, and we won’t be returning.

Remodelado. Desayuno completo. La vista muy hermosa. Amplio parqueadero. Elegante el hotel. Y el cobro es lo que te dicen desde el inicio. No te cobran adicional. Muy recomendado

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the kind front desk workers. There was no parking as soon as we arrived. People were fighting for parking spots. We had an employee who was leaving his shift give us his spot after nearly 2 hours of trying to find parking. Hotel room in the South tower was covered in ants. All over the floor, fridge, cabinets, bathroom, and night stands.The TVs do not work at all, even if connected to the hotel WiFi or personal hot spot. I would absolutely not book here again.

I stayed for a week and the room was never cleaned during my entire stay. Even when I went to the front desk to ask about it, they did not follow up or resolve the issue. Very disappointing service.

The pool was not family friendly. Good location.

Dirty towels were left in the room and the microwave had a french fry and fork in it. There was not always someone at the front desk

Great hotel

I booked through Hotels and paid. When I got there to check in they wanted $250 to hold. That’s more than I paid for the room. My phone was dead so I had to wait to be able to transfer money to my account to pay and they were really rude. Breakfast was a joke. Too many people, not enough food, or tables. The views were beautiful that was the only good thing to say.
