Taj MG is my home away from home. I have been staying here regularly for the past 16 years, which speaks volumes about the consistently high standards of hospitality and service they provide. A special mention to Mr. Giri, whose leadership as hotel manager ensures that every stay is warm, seamless, and welcoming. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests make a noticeable difference and elevate the overall experience.

I would highly recommend Taj MG to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed stay. My sincere appreciation to the entire team—especially Giri—for their outstanding hospitality over the years.

Had a wonderful lunch at Trinity Square. The service was excellent by Mr. Saumya. They had accommodated us next to the pool, which had relaxed and calm atmosphere. Good options on the menu. Fish Finger was delicious and Chicken Rissoto was one of the best we had ever tried.

I have been battling to make a hotel reservation on the Taj Hotel website but to no avail. Today I went to the Taj MG Road Bangalore and Mr. Ningaraju, Concierge Manager alone helped me and went out of his way so that I could book a room at one of the Taj Hotels. He has always been a great help to me within the hotel and personally. He is an asset to the hotel and indispensable. Thank you so much Mr. Ningaraju for being so helpful and professional. My experience at Taj Hotel was truly wonderful and memorable. From the moment I entered, I felt the warmth, luxury, and elegance of the place. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were very polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

I desired to have a reception dinner after my son's marriage on March 22,2026 at Hotel Taj, MG Road. I contact the Hotel Official Ms Priyam Chhabra. She guided and explicitly outlined the details viz price, decoration, music etc. Accordingly I decided to have the event. Being a landmark Hotel with regard to name and location, I invited my friends and family members. Finally, the D-day arrived. The Tamara Lawn was beautfully decorated. Light background music was playing. The guests started coming one after another. Team led by Mr Lawrence and Mr Vijay Peter alongwith other members were professional, caring, adorative, courteous, polite and above all attentive to each guest. Be it welcome drink or starters - each item was served with utmost personal attention to each and every guest. Each face reverberated with smiles.Finally guests were at the sumptuous dinner. Each serving appeared to be filled with love, taste and fragrance. Guests enjoyed the evening to the fullest. I as the host was fully satisfied. Apropos my decision to hold the event in Hotel Taj, attendance of family friends, the superlative & impeccable service by Taj Team - the event imprinted an indelible mark in our memories.

We recently hosted an event at Taj MG Road, and the overall experience was excellent. The arrangements were well-organized, and the staff were polite, friendly, and attentive throughout.
I would like to extend special appreciation to Raj Selvan, Abhinav, and Debjyoti. Abhinav and Debjyoti provided great support with all the logistics and arrangements. Today, Raj and Debjyoti personally assisted me with even the smallest details, ensuring everything went smoothly.
The entire service team was extremely kind and helpful. Our leadership team shared very positive feedback—they were delighted with the food, arrangements, and overall experience.

Very good hospitality provided by the satya and ashmita in the restaurant the trinity dinner buffet was very good and the food was delicious 😋 thank you so much we will visit next time

I recently stayed at Taj MG Road with my family for a staycation, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention to Abhishek Srivastav, who went out of his way to ensure our check-in was smooth and comfortable, making our experience even more memorable.

The swimming pool, food, and live flute music were all amazing and added to the relaxing ambiance of the stay.

Experienced excellent hospitality at Taj MG Road on weekend stay with family. It started with nice upgrade to a suite but irrespective all staff was always welcoming and helpful and ahead of our expectations, be it at spa/sauna steam, front door, lobby, pool, reception, housekeeping, etc.
Only small issue we faced was during breakfast where some items were not getting refilled (b/w 9.30-10am) and couple of staff were not even responsive, which was very surprising given our overall experience with all other staff.

We had a wonderful evening at Taj Vivanta on my son's birthday. The service from Govindarajan and Beauty was excellent which added to the 5 star environment.
