Taj MG Road, Bengaluru

We had a wonderful evening at Taj Vivanta on my son's birthday. The service from Govindarajan and Beauty was excellent which added to the 5 star environment.

Had a truly wonderful stay at Taj. Everything—from the ambience to the hospitality—was top-notch and made our experience really memorable.

One special mention I would absolutely like to make is for Beauty, who took care of us during dinner. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care stood out beautifully. She made sure everything was perfect without us even having to ask, and her positive energy added so much to our evening.

It’s people like her who truly elevate the entire experience. Grateful for such thoughtful service—thank you, Beauty, for making our dinner so special.

I’ve stayed at Taj MG Road before, so this wasn’t my first experience but I decided to visit again, this time just to spend some time at the restaurant and soak in the overall vibe.

What I really appreciated this time was how calm the property felt. It wasn’t too busy, which made the experience a lot more relaxed and enjoyable. I like taking my time in hotels, observing the service, the culture, and just how everything comes together. Every hotel has its own personality, and Taj MG Road still holds its charm in that regard.

I ordered a Caesar salad (something I’m quite particular about) along with a bread basket. The bread basket was served complimentary, which was a nice touch. The salad itself was very well done - fresh, crisp lettuce, and a dressing that wasn’t overly heavy. For me, a Caesar salad can easily go wrong if it’s too saucy or lacks crunch, but this one got the basics right and felt clean and satisfying.

If I had to point out one small thing- it would be the croutons. I personally prefer them a bit more toasted and golden for that extra crunch, and these were slightly on the softer, paler side. Not a dealbreaker, but something that could elevate the dish further.

I didn’t try the buffet this time, but the chaat counter and overall spread looked quite tempting, definitely something I’d come back for.

Overall, a simple but enjoyable experience. Taj MG Road remains a place I’d happily revisit, especially when I’m in the mood to unwind and enjoy good food in a relaxed setting.

Rooms were smaller than expected but conveniently located, amazing breakfast spread! Next to a mall, brewery and many restaurants. Relatively close to Brigade and Church street shopping.

Beauty was very helpful! Food was great too.

Very disappointing experience with valet parking at Taj Hotels. After handing over my car to the valet and leaving the hotel, I noticed that the Volkswagen logo on the front of my car was missing.

From a premium hotel brand like Taj, I expected much better care and accountability. I hope the management investigates and resolves this issue.

Very comfortable stay, excellent friendly staff. Thanks to Krishna who assisted with room service and kept the rooms very clean. Good gym services. Excellent food throughout the day.

Amazing experience where culture meets luxury. It was such an overwhelming warm welcome with all those traditional rituals which made me feel like I’m back at my own home ☺️ also the room, the breakfast and all the in room services and in and out amenities were really value for money

From the time at Check-In where Giri knows my exact requirements and keeps the room ready and makes my checking in seamless..to Naveen Prithwi at Seven Rivers and Benephica at the coffee shop who are always delivering exemplary, personalised service which delights every single time! I have stayed at all the major hotels in Bangalore but I keep coming back to the Taj MG Road because of Giri and the rest of the team.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and the service was truly exceptional. I would especially like to appreciate Chitraaksh, Bhavesh, Darshan, Aakansha, Tushar, Anjali, Baibhov, and Bhuvan for their outstanding hospitality.
They were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warm attitude made my stay very comfortable and memorable.

Wonderful Food at the Brewery; amazing service by Chinmayi specifically - not only did the team pay attention to our needs; they went above and beyond. Entire experience was amazing.
