Wygodne, nowoczesne wnętrze. Pomocny personel. Świetna lokalizacja, przepyszne i bardzo urozmaicone śniadania o dobrej jakości.
Wolałabym wcześniejszy check in. Dopłaciłam by wejść wcześniej.
Hôtel très propre , les chambres sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est complet. La station de métro Alvik est à 5 minutes à pied et à 15 minutes de Gamla Stan. Le quartier est agréable avec des restaurants. On recommande ++

Easily accessible even though it’s a bit outside of the city center. Clean, quite with nice and modern interior. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Have stayed here twice now and will definitely come back again

We have stayed at Scandic Alvik several times before. It's location is perfect for visiting my family at Stora Essingen and is very easy to reach from central Stockholm, either using bus or train services.
The room was beautifully decorated and all the room facilities were good.
The restaurant at breakfast was excellent. On our last day, we had an early flight and therefore we were provided with a lovely packed breakfast, collected from the reception.
At certain times of high occupation the breakfast restaurant can become very busy, but this can be avoided by dining either earlier or later.
We did find the water pressure on the bathroom shower in room 741 dropped quite low at times. I don't know whether this was due to the number of people using the hotel water at the same time or not.
We just feel at home at the Alvik.

Sehr bequemes Bett und angenehm großes Bad. Von Alvik aus kommt man sehr gut überall in Stockholm mit dem ÖPNV hin und hat trotzdem eine ruhige Umgebung. Stabiles WLAN. Grundsätzlich sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen.
Bei neun Nächten wurde unser Zimmer exakt null mal gereinigt, obwohl wir die Reinigung bei der Anmeldung explizit für jeden dritten Tag erbeten haben, es gab keine Schränke, nur ein paar offen hängende Bügel, die Dachterrasse war die gesamte Zeit trotz besten Wetters gesperrt, der Sauna/Fitness-Bereich ist ein trauriger Witz (keine Hanteln, keine Fenster, keine Möglichkeit als Paar zusammen in die Sauna zu gehen, kein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsbereich, keine Möglichkeit Sachen einzuschließen). Es gibt keinen Kaffee/Tee auf dem Zimmer, keine Minibar. Wir wurden mehrfach von knallenden Türen geweckt, wenn die Reinigung benachbarter Zimmer anstand. Unser Blick ging auf den hinter dem Hotel gelegenen Parkplatz, direkt unter uns war wohl auch ein Liefereingang, jedenfalls wurden wir auch von der scheppernden Abholung von Altglas geweckt.
Nach Beschwerde bezüglich der ausbleibenden Reinigung gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen, was wir bei einer Kette wie Scandic anders erwartet hätten. Es tue ihnen nur leid, das sei wohl ein Missverständnis beim Check-In gewesen.

Location, price was OK, room very clean and tidy, breakfast good. Overall, the hotel is an excellent option for a weekend break. Right next to the water, 15 minutes on the metro from the centre of town, 15 minutes in the other direction for us to get to the football stadium we were attending.
When we checked in, the guy on Reception could have been clearer and a bit more helpful. He did advice but it was rushed and we didn't really understand it (he assumed too much that we knew about the centre of Stockholm).
