Cons:

Room cleaning service was booked but not provided. The operator knocked at 8.00 and didn’t come again later. Also the breakfast was overcrowded and too many families around.

It is situated in a very quiet and picturesque location, staying at this hotel was a real pleasure

Pros:

Uns hat die Lage gefallen. Man hat einen kurzen Weg bis zur Tramstation.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern und Baby. Es war sehr sauber und gut isoliert.

Cons:

Bei der Ankuft hat man uns keine weiteren Erklärungen gegeben. Quasi nur die Zimmerkarte überreicht.
Eigentlich haben wir dieses Hotel erneut gebucht,da uns die Spielecke im Restaurant so gut gefallen hat,als wir zum ersten Mal da waren. Diese ist leider nicht mehr da.
Morgens beim Frühstück war es sehr voll-wir haben 3 verschiedene Uhrzeiten ausgetestet,leider immer sehr voll

Location consigliatissima per una vacanza con i bambini HOTEL di alta qualità
Pros:

Staff cortese ambienti puliti, abbiamo soggiornato in quattro in una quadrupla arredata in modo moderno e davvero molto confortevole, ottima ed abbondante la colazione Internazionale con una maggiore predilezione per il gusto salato ma i prodotti serviti sono di qualità, si trova posizionato in un quartiere residenziale di Stoccolma ma servito benissimo dalla metro verso il centro e tutte le principali attrazioni che si raggiungono quei servizi pubblici in pochi minuti. Anche di notte la zona circostante è molto tranquilla. Offre infine una palestra attrezzata ed una sauna oltre che il ristorante per chi si vuole fermare a pranzare o cenare.

Pulito. Ottima colazione. Comodissimo alla metro. Staff gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo.
Pros:

Posizione leggermente decentrata ma comodissima (è vicinissimo alla linea verde della metro e in 15 minuti di orologio sei alla Stazione Centrale). Colazione a buffet deliziosa, varia e abbondante, ricca di prodotti freschi e con uno staff costantemente attento a ogni dettaglio.
Straordinaria attenzione per l'ospite: avendo chiesto semplice conferma sulla presenza dell'ascensore per problemi di mobilità, la struttura ci ha assegnato di sua iniziativa una camera molto ampia con un bagno enorme e ben attrezzato.
Nel complesso consigliatissimo!

Cons:

Gli spazi per riporre i vestiti non sono moltissimi (per tre persone in un soggiorno lungo potrebbe risultare un po' scomodo). Vista la grandissima attenzione dello staff, sono sicuro che in caso di necessità non ci sarebbero problemi a chiederne un altro supporto per valigia come punto d'appoggio.

Det gjorde vad det skulle.
Pros:

Läget va bra för vad jag va där för samt fin promenad område.

Cons:

Kvinnan i receptionen va inte trevlig alls tyvärr. Att det inte gick att streama något på tvn va ett stort minus. Menyn till restaurangen va inget vidare - varken i utbud eller pris. Och gymmet va tyvärr väldigt låg standard.
