Pool was nice, price was okay, but would not return!
Pros:

Indoor pool; although there were no towels at 9:05am, Saturday morning, with 12 people in the pool. I went to the Front Desk to ask for towels. Thee Front Desk employee told me to go down to Laundry to get them!!!!! I asked Laundry for towels and got 2.

Cons:

Front Desk personnel was abundant Friday around noon. It was basically non existent any other time.
I found a phone in the parking lot. Went to the Front Desk to turn it in & was 3rd in line waiting for a Front Desk employee! An employee went in the doorway of the Front Desk Office to tell them we were waiting. They still didn’t come out after 2 minutes! I left & turned the phone in later.
Our room wasn’t cleaned Friday; although, our “Do Not Disturb sign was NOT on the door.
When I checked out, I had to ask for a receipt!
When we first got there, we parked in the back. There were 3 individuals sitting in separate cars. One individual went in and sat on the stairs.
When we got out of our car. The other 2 individuals got out of their cars and went in. One sat on the stairs with the other individual already on the stairs. They were on their phones when we walked up the stairs. It was weird & I felt uncomfortable. I later found out two of the individuals were employees & one was sitting on the stairs. Is there no break room??? Would not stay here again.

We had a quite comfortable stay even got in the pool/hot tub was just a little to warm in whole area over all great

Experience was good.
Pros:

Hotel very bright and clean. We were welcomed when we walked in. Atmosphere was friendly, music playing. Room clean and large enough. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast area clean and variety of food was available.

Pros:

Cons:

The curtains didn't close all the way so we had the sun shining in our face early in the morning and we couldn't go back to sleep. The room was very hot, even with the air turned down, and it smelt like mildew. It is also located in a busy area so we had to sit a while in traffic just to get to and from the hotel

Rude staff we dosnt check right in a three and they where callimg asking why. The room smelt bad the had a dead bug on the wall the walls where nasty, three of the lights did not work. The bed skirt looked like kt had mold the there where crumbs and other peoples finger nails on the floor. The staff is very rude and they wont let people take food to their rooms.

Was very tired. Had to check in early only charged me $30 when other places charge $50
Pros:

We went to a music event. My friend's 14-year-old daughter did wonderful. Was such a great experience and I read all these of the reviews and I'd have to say I'm sorry they had a bad experience but I had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend staying here. Everyone was kind. Everything is clean and so peaceful. Love my stay
