Hockey family trip
Pros:

Visited while our grandson was in a hockey tournament. Perfect location and met all of our needs!
It had a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed our stay.

The room was cold heater wasn't working the maintenance guy who fixes things came to the room twice and couldn't get it to heat up. The guy working the front desk was very rude and didn't try to help with the problem. I checked out after 4 hours and went and slept in vehicle. I will never consider staying this brand of hotel again.

Almost perfect
Pros:

Almost everything was perfect and I would have given 5 stars except 2 issues caused me to drop them by one star. 1) we stayed in the front of the hotel which faces the highway. Not enough sound deadening material used as you could hear the highway traffic. 2) the breakfast selections did not include yogurt or granola.

Vending machines were empty or sold out. Could only get drinks or some snacks from front desk using cash. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned great.

I was there for a medical procedure. Accomodations were adequate for the duration of my stay.

It was stains on our bed covers and the tub looked like something hot had been dropped in there, something like I burn spot! The breakfast could’ve been a little better.

NEVER AGAIN.
Pros:

Location, it was hard to get to the hotel but there was some signs and it the least of my problems with this location.

Cons:

UNSAFE - the smoke detector in one of the rooms (I had 2 rooms) had low battery and kept beeping and we couldn’t sleep, called the front desk to replace the battery, his solution was unplug the detector and remove the battery, I know jaw dropping.

UNDER STAFFED - I had to looked for a front desk employee to check me in - I found one after 15 min.

DIRTY - rooms (I had 2 rooms) were super, smelled like people were smoking in the rooms and covered the smoke detector with plastic bags so it doesn’t go off and the housekeeper didn’t notice it when after the previous guest checked out (I don’t believe a housekeeper entered the room because the room was dirty).

BROKEN FURNITURE - broken chairs, non working lights, torn black outs.
