Amazing, wish i could have stayed longer.

Nice view, the apartment is beautiful…we were upgraded to a two bedroom & the staff was very nice and helpful.

Lovely base to explore lovely Chicago.
Pros:

I've lived in Chicago, just blocks from this hotel. Love it, it does not feel like being in hotel as much as being 'home'.

Cons:

The door of one cabinet had to be fixed during our stay. Our neighbours were loud one night, but all of that was quickly fixed.

Pros:

Friendly staff, great amentities, comfortable space to stay. Bonus is Dial Tone coffee shop in the building

Pull out couch was not the most comfortable for the kids - needs a memory foam mattress top

Pros:

The staff was so friendly. The entire place was so clean and beautiful. Then we got to our room and we were absolutely blown away by the views. Such a wonderful stay.
