Sitio y Ubicacacion perfectos.

Cons:

Algunos desperfectos en la habitación y que habían hormigas.Lo dijimos pero no subió nadie ni nos dejaron el spray. Plaza parking estrecha aunque lo avisamos al entrar. El coche de al lado se pego mucho y al otro lado nosotros teníamos pared. También que cuando bajamos el último día a desayunar entraron y quitaron toallas de ducha y nos dejaron una. Ya nos habíamos duchado pero todavía estábamos en el hotel. Solo es un detalle. Lo mismo fue para adelantar. Volveremos sin duda. Es nuestra 4 vez y salimos contentos.

Perfecto para pasar unos días en el centro de Andorra

Habitación amplia, la cama era muy cómoda. Todo reformado excepto el baño, pero suficiente

Buen trato, buena ubicación pero no esperéis poder dormir más de las 8:30 h… la señora de la limpieza

El baño, es de la edad de piedra, necesita reforma y que la señora de la limpieza, empezó a las 8:30 h con el aspirador a tope y nos despertó, la salida es a las 12 h, queríamos dormir más, fuimos a descansar y no pudimos…

Instalaciones muy básicas para un 4 estrellas. Habitaciones pequeñas y para reformar.

Cons:

La puerta del baño estaba rota por la zona de abajo, la bañera tenía óxido y las mantas deberían de renovarlas.Y una de las camas sonaba cada vez que te movías por lo que tuvimos orquesta toda la noche.

Hôtel agréable et personnel sympathique dans l’ensemble

Cons:

Cependant, nous avons rencontré deux problèmes assez décevants. Dans l’une des chambres, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas du tout, ce qui était particulièrement gênant. Dans une autre chambre, nous avons constaté des taches de sang sur les draps. Ce qui nous a surtout surpris, c’est que le protège-matelas était également taché en dessous : il ne s’agissait donc visiblement pas simplement de taches qui ne seraient pas parties au lavage.

C’est dommage, car l’hôtel est pourtant sympathique. Nous espérons que ces points feront l’objet d’une attention particulière afin d’améliorer la qualité et l’hygiène des chambres.

La porta picava contra l'armari amb miralls, sense obrir del tot, i al tancar havies de fer-ho amb un cop fort, amb el soroll que implica.
