La manta estaba muy sucia, y tiene olor humano
Ademas almohadillas de sofá estaban sucias y no lavadas , tienen también olor humano,
Pedi una nueva manta y después llamadas y mensajes no había respuesta favorable hasta la mañana en la tarde.
La habitación estaba fría. El equipo de la limpieza me han llevado la manta mientras no estaba en la habitacion y dejan la puerta abierta, Tenía demasiado miedo porque entré la noche y la puerta de mi habitación estaba abierta Todo el día, y ténia mis cosas alla. Super fatal y super malo el servicio . 😡 0/10
No demasiado luz en la habitacion. El servicio al cliente me aconseja de abrir la puerta para que entra calor. Que vergüenza 🤦
He usado toallas para cúbreme. Porque las mantas son antiguas y tengo alergia.

No me gustó que esté hotel nos reubicará por asuntos suyos y después el hotel donde nos alojábamos nos podier responsabilidades a nosotros cuando nos desde un principio ya habíamos pagado nuestro hotel.
Me pareció muy poco profesional por parte del hotel Zenit Diplomatic.

UNA DE ARENA Y OTRA DE CAL

La ubicación sobretodo ,el personal del comedor profesional, el desayuno también bien comparado calidad precio,la habitación muy buena distribución, el parking asequible comprobando otros precios excesivos para el turismo q siempre hay en Andorra

Las cenas, baja calidad en los alimentos, me sorprendió 4 estrellas, creo que el dueño se podría acercar a cenar alguna noche y q opine él mismo
Y las sillas del comedor estaban todas sucias, sacadas d algún sitio q no quiero ni pensar, me dió mucho asco, me llevaba un trozo de trapo para sentarme, vi una cómo si le hubiera cagado una paloma
Nunca me quejo, pero la comida y las sillas me dieron mucho asco
Ganas me daban de ponerme a limpiar, no sé alomejor si hubiera alguna mujer supervisando, pq en el servicio de las habitaciones ésto no lo he visto, al contrario, muchas gracias a todas las q nos hacéis la faena en vacaciones 😘
