The staff were incredibly helpful and kind! I was able to leave my bags with them in the morning until check in at 3pm. Rooms were exceptionally clean and quiet. AC was crispy cold and did not have a smell to it and was quiet enough to be good white noise while sleeping. Loved the shower water pressure was adjustable and that the room came with an iron and board - which I surprisingly needed for one outfit!
Walk to Disney park was even quicker than when I stayed at the Westin. I traveled as a solo female and felt safe even walking back from the park at midnight. I took myself to the Denny’s nearby for a late night snack and the room key came with a discount there!
The price was super reasonable and I was incredibly happy with my stay!

Overall, we felt pretty safe at this motel. Not sure if we'd stay again honestly, for the price we could have stayed at a nicer hotel for not that much more.
Free parking was nice but the spots were tight and nobody knew how to park their vehicle straight in their spot so we were a bit worried about our rental being dinged.
There was an elevator which was convenient since we had our stroller.
Room was clean enough, some stains on the chairs but nothing outright nasty. Our baby didn't have any black marks on his hands and knees after crawling around either which was comforting.
Having a fridge and microwave in the room was nice but the fridge did have an odd smell when we initially opened it.
Only 1 bath towel, 1 wash cloth, and 1 hand towel in the room when we checked in and we had to ask for more at the front office.
Bedding was small and a bit scratchy. My husband and I were glad we had brought our own blanket on the drive that we ended up using.
AC worked great, but was not on when we arrived and the room was HOT even at 10pm.
Onto the thing that REALLY soiled the stay for me. I called twice to ask about a crib for my son and if this was an amenity that was offered as I didn't see anything online and wanted to make sure to bring my sons from home if 1 needed to. They confirmed they had them available but on a first-come first-served basis. Not a problem, I called again on the day of our arrival to double check as we were arriving later than expected and | just wanted to be sure.
Not once during either call was there a mention of a $10/ night charge to use their crib, this was sprung on us as we checked in and it felt very slimy to not have mentioned when I initially asked over the phone or in the subsequent call. I don't like feeling nickeled and dimed at a motel that cost almost $600 for the stay.
We absolutely love this hotel. It is our go to place to stay when we plan our overnight Disney stays. My daughter works at a local hotel and she is always very impressed with the staff and room. Please don’t change a thing.

I liked that there was a separation of the bedrooms. There was easy access to water and ice. The Front sitting area was a plus. The room looked and felt very clean. There was also ample parking.
I have no complaints.
