Great location
Pros:

We liked its location, size of the room, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.

Cons:

Our room was right in front of the ice machine and it was very loud as people would get ice late into the night and first thing in the morning. It woke us up a few times. The hair dryer started smoking when I used it. The TV was good but we couldn't use Netflix or the other apps as they hadn't been set up.

Excelente Ubicacion. Cerquita de Universal, pero a distancia caminable de farmacias, restaurantes etc

A pesar de que todo estuvo muy bien, me parecio muy sencillo para el precio, el precio estuvo alto (quiza por la temporada)

Melhor custo benefício e qualidade de Orlando !! Não tem igual. Hotel é super funcional, colado em Walgreens, KFC, Ihop e vários outros restaurantes, super perto de carro da Universal, 20 min Disney, funcionários super atenciosos e a maioria fala português para quem não é fluente em inglês, quartos seguros e bons, cama boa, bom espaço no quarto, se vc não quiser ninguém entra para limpar, ótimo para poucos dias e dá segurança com compras deixadas no quarto. Estacionamento ótimo. Não tomei café da manhã.

Único ponto a melhorar: pressão do chuveiro, muito fraca

The location is excellent nrxt to Universal even walking. The shuttle bus service to parks made you save money. The pool is nice. You have acces to many services. The front desk employees are good and a safe place to stay.

Cons:

Needs more vendings machines.

Between multiple sources of noise and the bed, we didn’t get a very good night of rest, but it was clean and convenient

The location was very convenient, the room felt clean and the staff was friendly. Easy check-in process. Lots of outlets in the room.

Cons:

The hotel is right off of a main road and the traffic noise kept waking us up until 2-3 am. Our neighbors were loud as well and the door connecting our rooms was quite thin- we could hear every word they said. The bed was pretty hard and we both woke up feeling stiff.

Es muy agradable, no pase mucho tiempo en el hotel pero estaba limpio y el personal (Dina y Mina) es muy cálido y Cortez
