Bad customer service I ever had from one the front desk

I didn’t like nothing 😠and I will never come back again ?

Cons:

The customer service front desk from Asian been rude with me and disrespectful she trying kick me out because I booked the hotel room with view . And she told if you don’t like it you can cancel your reservation after I paid ??. With bad attitude and disrespect??.

Pros:

Es un hotel cómodo, con una ubicación excelente. Su personal es muy atento y siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Muchas gracias a Michael en la recepción y a Luz durante el desayuno fueron muy atentos y muy amables.

Podrían quizás temperar la piscina para los días de frío.

The staff were nice and the bed was comfortable but the facilities were very poor

They staff were helpful and kind and the bedding was nice aswell

Cons:

The the drain pipe underneath the sink was completely loose when I first checked in and I had to screw it back in place myself, the shower wouldn't turn on for five minutes and the AC which I apparently wasn't allowed to turn off was super noisy

Limpeza dos quartos e o fato de não ter carpete muito bom 😊. Fácil acesso à avenida principal e comércio próximo. Com certeza quero voltar 👏👏
