À part dormir, se laver et aller au toilette, n’en demandez pas plus à cette hôtel.
Pros:

Les employés à l’accueil sont chaleureux et aimable, il réagisse vite lorsqu’on a un demande.

Cons:

À part un distributeur de coca cola, il n’y a rien à manger ou à boire lorsque la cuisine est fermé après le déjeuner, donc lorsque vous rentrez à l’hôtel dans la soirée, c’est vraiment pas idéal, au niveau de la chambre le problème c’est les douche qui sont abîmés et l’eau n’est pas suffisamment forte pour se laver correctement, et pour finir la télévision ne fonctionnait pas correctement, heureusement que j’avais mon ordinateur portable sinon ça aurait été vraiment embêtant.

Bom custo benefício.
Pros:

Limpo, bem localizado (na área da Universal) e quarto enorme. Oferecem transporte para os parques uma vez por dia. Funcionários educados. Bom custo benefício.

La ubicación muy buena, cercana a los parques de universal. Incluyen traslado a los parques. Habitación muy limpia y amplia, cama cómoda.

Cons:

El baño se llenaba de agua al bañarse porque la cortina es demasiado corta y el agua sale con mucha presión.

Hotel propre et confortable.
Pros:

La chambre était propre, fonctionnelle, correspondant à l'annonce.
La tête de douche était cassée mais la maintenance est venue très rapidement pour réparer.
L'hôtel proposait également un service de navette pour les parcs mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé.
Enfin, l'hôtel nous a proposé de garder nos bagages après notre ckeck-out le temps d'aller à l'aéroport, ce qui était bien pratique (et gratuit).

Cons:

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas très bien (image et son saccadés).
Le bruit comme souvent dans les hôtels américains (les personnes pour le ménage des chambres qui discutent devant la porte à 8h00 du matin ...).

Pros:

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. El lugar estaba limpio, tranquilo y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. La comunicación fue excelente y el proceso de llegada fue muy fácil
