Nice stay - thanks!
Pros:

No breakfast (we have no problem with that)- A starbucks at the site. Nice bar. New hotel. Very good staff. Strong WIFI. Modern. Good value. A nice pool area (did not use it - was cold )

All was good and the staff were great. Wish I had a chance to use the beautiful pool!
Pros:

Food was excellent, price was a bit high.
Should have gotten the room with breakfast included.

Cons:

Charging for parking. Used my mothers' car and had to pay to park it each night. They could have dropped me off and picked me up each day. They live in the neighborhood.

Comfortable stay, but bathroom needs a little more attentions
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was soft, and the pillows provided good support. The temperature was easy to adjust, and the air conditioning worked well. There was enough space to move around, and the lighting was warm and relaxing. Overall, it was a quiet and cozy place to rest. I felt very comfortable during my stay. The location was perfect for my purpose.

Cons:

I didn’t like the bathroom sink. It wasn’t completely clean, and that made me feel uncomfortable. Also, parking is not included in the reservation price.

Cons:

We realized at the end that the room we stayed in had bed bugs. We did not have a chance to alert the staff as they were all busy at the front desk and we needed to get to our flight.
