Convenient for Dadeland/Baptist/South Miami
Pros:

Location was great (we needed to be near Baptist Hospital) and the hotel was clean and nice

Cons:

The food was hit or miss in the restaurant. Some things were great and others just so-so.

Comfortable, clean hotel with accommodating staff.
Pros:

Location was great for my needs. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Didn’t see the need to charge almost $30 a night for parking. This seems like a money grabbing charge considering the location. This is not downtown Miami.

Unassuming but lovely
Pros:

Surprise room upgrade! Gorgeous room. And I felt very safe. Especially with the elevator service. Restaurant and front desk employees were very friendly and polite.

Free parking since it is a bit of a walk

A lot of bang for your buck. Overall a really nice experience each and every time I’ve stayed there

The Hotel is just all around really nice - the lobby is really beautiful and inviting… the rooms are nicely appointed and an overall cozy feeling. It’s cheerful and just nicely done and I always look forward to
Going there. Most hotels give me an “ick” feeling and this property is just all around nice.
Love the Starbucks in the lobby. Had dinner there twice and I’m vegetarian, found several options.

Honestly there is nothing negative that I have to say.
