Cons:

The hotel does not match its claimed 4-star category.
The furniture is worn, the floors are dirty, and the carpets — both in the rooms and in the corridors — are filthy and stained. No safe, no iron, no fridge.

In 4 nights, the room was never cleaned once. Towels were not changed, toiletries were not restocked.

The fitness centre is advertised but not operational. The lobby lights are constantly off — it feels like the hotel is cutting costs on every single light bulb, creating a depressing atmosphere.

The most unfriendly and unwelcoming staff I have ever encountered.

Ubytování bylo čisté

Cons:

Měli jsme mít na pokoji ledničku. Pro urgenci na recepci nám řekli že na pokojích není. První noc jsme dostali pouze 2 peřiny pro 4 lidi. Až po urgenci dodali další dvě. Postel malá, matrace měkká. Sprchový kout nešel skoro otevřít, sprcha téměř netekla jak byla ucpaná vodním kamenem. Celkově nedoporučuji a již opět nepřijdeme.

Jauks un atsaucīgs personāls, pietiekami laba atrašanās vieta - pilsētas centrs ērti sasniedzams.

Cons:

Ļoti šaurs numuriņš, 4 cilvēku ģimenei šķita par šauru. Numuriņā nebija ledusskapis. Kopumā "palietota" viesnīca, prasās to atjaunot. Pameklējot rūpīgāk un pat piemaksājot liekus 10 eur, Krakovā var atrast labāku apmešanās vietu.
