Excellent staff who go above and beyond and they really made our holiday. View stunning but the hotel is located outside of the town so you have to walk up a steep hill or get transport to local amenities. Room a little tire. Unable to get food for 2 nights a week due to staff days off and was a limited snack style menu which was dissapointing especially due to the location.

I had a fantastic 3-day stay at Xenonel Filotera. The room was spotless and comfortable, with breathtaking views that made every moment special. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location was perfect for both relaxation and exploring nearby spots. Truly an unforgettable experience, I’d love to return!

This stay was amazing from when you check in to check out. The staff is great at helping setup taxis when needed. A car is definitely needed to explore but I feel that is anywhere on the island to make the best of your stay. The views around this hotel were insanely beautiful.

Good location. Limited breakfast. Less amenities than surrounding hotels (like afternoon tea or treat, bed time chocolates, etc), but we’re always available 24/7. Did a great job arranging taxis. Great pool and views. Bar and food service very nice. We sat by the pool and got several delicious smoothies at good prices. Rooms were wonderful and spacious and cooled down nicely. Would stay again.

Excellent stay for us. The best is the staff. Really kind and helpful. The breakfast is great with a great selection of food. Please note the property is far from restaurants and shops. But quiet thanks to it.

Everything was great,alex,one of the bartenders was extremely professional at all times,the front desk team was fenomenal as well,my ferry was 3 hours after the check out time and i was allowed to do a late check out,the view is amazing,only great comments about this hotel

All the staff made us feel so welcome. Lovely hotel, great room - very relaxing. And the sunset view is spectacular.

The staff tried their best, most of them were nice but for the price I paid, I didn’t expect to see ants in my bed and have a problem finding space to park my car every time I had to move.
Didn’t use the swimming pool because of restricted hours. The gym was so small, not tempting at all. Sauna should be turned on every time you decide to use it. Spa services are on demand only because the service is provided by a third party. So I wonder how they got their 5 stars. Breakfast is the same every single day. They even have it delivered every morning by a food supplier. The photos on Expedia are very misleading: you think you have access to the beach with the photos of umbrellas on the sand, but these are pictures of beaches that are a 30 minute drive away from the hotel. Anyways, as I said, the staff tried their best to make our stay comfortable and pleasant, however the whole experience wasn’t worth the price paid. Many other hotels in the region offer better for the same price.

This hotel is beautiful. Staff was top notch and the facilities are beautiful. Better sunset than in Oia! Delicious food at great prices. I’ll be back!

The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The only downfall is their kitchen was hardly open and the selection was very minimal.
You could do takeout, but the food wasn’t very good where we ordered from.
The nearest grocery store was a 20 minute walk, which we were grateful or we would’ve starved.

Everything was spot on , staff are attentive and happy to help, premises and amenities were clean, spacious and well maintained , loved everything about it
The only very minor negative and I mean it is not a deal breaker as we loved our stay was the WiFi - in our room and around the premises it rarely kicked in - we struggled to get the internet

Is a little far from phira or Oia but the view from the sunrise and sunset is the most beautiful thing, the stuff was great, only down side theres no food for dinner time.
