Hotel Casafrassi Wine Resort

The staff was really nice but the place is pretty run down and dated. We stayed two nights. Do not recommend if you don’t have a car or planned tour. Pool looked well kept.

mi spiace….. abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché classificata come 4**** , purtroppo nulla di nulla risulta minimamente accettabile …. valutazione oggettiva , per chi pensa di trovare una struttura con standard da 4**** eviti … al netto della location purtroppo è tutto decadente e poco decoroso , colazione inaccettabile camere indecorose piscina con fondo nn pulito probabilmente da mesi …. mi spiace molto !!

O lugar é meio sujo, passado, frigobar que nao gela e o restaurante é carissimo. O chuveiro é bem bom...

The hotel is very rustic - some would say in need of modernisation and investment. It is a very quiet location with beautiful scenery.

A bit snob at the reception service (not nice) but the kitchen staff are nice so 3stars! Place itself was very good, beautiful nature walk inside property and bellavista at the breakfast restaurant and pool💖 As a vegan not much options but they prepared oat milk for cappuccino so for me it's satisfied!

It’s a beautiful hotel in the lovely hills of Chianti. And the winery makes an excellent Chianti.

Hermosa la propiedad..... atención del personal horrible una actitud negativa... gritandonos... traíamos una persona con discapacidad....el.personal de verdad espantoso nos trataron mal... porque de verdad teníamos la necesidad de hospedaje sino nos retiramos

Please have your dinner before you arrive as it may not be available at their inhouse restaurant. There are few options nearby and you will have to drive to Sienna which is 30 minutes away to find food.

Struttura molto bella che meriterebbe un pesante rinnovo degli spazi interni e delle camere. Colazione senza troppa varietà ma buona. Camera grande ma davvero poco curata

Super cozy vineyard. Nice room and good breakfast. Good food in the restaurant and own produced wine.

Very good country side experience, perfect to relax in nature

La zona è fantastica, il luogo in se è super ma sarebbe potuto essere gestito meglio, è un po trascurato a mio avviso, la camera è bellissima con una spettacolare vista al tramonto, peccato per i dettagli, dispenser sapone bagno rotto, luci comodini rotte, la piscina bellissima ma con molte sdraio rotte, l'acqua riempita connuna pompa gialla e cosi via, tutte piccole cose che avrebbero fatto di questo luogo una eccellenza.
Peccato anche non aver ricevuto una accoglienza al pari del posto.nessuna proposta di esperienza enogastronomica, c'e un maneggio ma non so se fosse possibile fare ad esempio una prova di equitazione, è un wine resort ma non ho avuto modo di provare alcun vino locale. La colazione è molto buona ed il personale al mattino è stato molto gentile.

Zimmer einfach aber sauber . Grundsätzlich eine Anlage , die in die Jahre gekommen ist. Reinigungsarbeiten z.B. im Eingangsbereich sind notwendig. Für die Leistungen deutlich zu teuer !

Fantastisk sted. Super service, nydelig natur, stille og fredelig, deilig mat, god parkering og svømmebasseng. Kan neppe bli bedre! Kommer gjerne tilbake.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful! The views of the vineyards and the room were great. There was a pool to relax at which was very nice. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed all day until 7pm. There was also no wine available until dinner. I was expecting to be able to do wine tastings and tours and there was nothing like that available. It wouldn’t have been so bad but the place is very secluded, there was nothing else within walking distance and the taxi service was very expensive because they had to come from Sienna.
