It was in walking distance to our venue.
The room was small & way overpriced. My receipt showed charges for a room tax & a city tax which I've never heard of before. No complimentary breakfast.
The service was friendly and accommodating. The food was very good! We really appreciated the efforts of Desiree, Mya, Kyla, and Christina!
Jeff and Billy were extremely accommodating and punctual. I recommend everyone to stay at this location when ever you travel to Columbus,Ohio!
The breakfast service was outstanding provided by Christina, Mya and Tajuana. They were friendly and filled our specific needs with a positive attitude. They followed up as we were eating our breakfast to ensure we had what we needed and our specific dietary request was met. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and the breakfast staff. The atmosphere was relaxing and they assisted us in finding the right spot to enjoy our breakfast and start our day.
Very clean as soon as you walk in the doors. Staff was very friendly. No issues, easy check in and check out. Very quiet.

Breakfast wasn't good
Clean and large rooms.
No hot water in the morning for showers/hand washing.
I visited this hotel over the weekend it is a very nice hotel close to a mall a bonus. I wish the my had free breakfast buffet, so I did like that but I order food from the bistro. It was okay. JEFF was very helpful that evening supplying me with extra pillows that he brought to me his self and makeup remover wipes. I would definitely stay again

Room was not ready until 5:15. But staff at the front desk handled the unpleasant situation professionally with polite and friendly service.
