Good stay
Pros:

Nice place, confortable, clean but A/C was week in the room so we had problem to sleep well cause too hot inside.

Need just some little fixes to be really good.
Pros:

This hotel looks like it was a great few years ago. Italian architecture, spacious rooms, etc...
But now, full of low-demanding Russian customers, needs a little more maintenance and training for staff. Maybe training even more.

Our check in took almost two hours. Two hours in an incredible heat, after long journey. Ok, a juice was attached, but when asked to take my 67 years old Mother and my partner to the rooms to don't stay in a heat, when I will wait for all paperwork - heard "no, it's a procedure, it's a procedure". Finally after insisting for it couple of times, they was taken. Also, there was a problem with the AC - almost not working and a broken window in toilet (so all mosquito was welcome to join us). Reported it to reception at least 5 times. Finally some maintenance was done but in a way which doesn't fixed a problem.
On the other said, at last day a manager comes to us and apologized for the situation, we received a beautiful plate with fruits and some sparkling wine - that was really nice.
I believe that with just a little more training for front-end employees and some maintenance this object can be great again.

Good potential but needs improvements
Pros:

Beautiful room, nice people. Room very clean. Activities are a good point as well.
Food was terrible. Quantity over quality and very expensive for what it is. Paid the same price for pasta at the hotel than for a delicious 1kg lobster in a restaurant. Pool dirty. Pool towel dirty and wet. Water is also very expensive conmared to other hotels and shops. Wi-fi only in the common areas is under peers.
For 250 $ per night we expect much better.
Anyway we still had a good time.
