Standard hotell med bra läge till Metro och centrum
Pros:

Bra läge med närheten till Metro på 5 min som smidigt tog oss in till centrum utan byte.

Havde forventet lidt mere....
Pros:

Muligt at medbringe en hund.
Komfortable senge.
Lækker morgenmad.
Tæt på metro, kun 5 min. fra centrum af Kbh.

Manglende elkoger+kaffe/te på værelset.
Vinduet var mod meget trafikeret og larmende vej. Umuligt at sove med åbent vinduet.
Dyrt parkering.
Fattig udvalg af tv-programmer.
Langsom betjening ved at tjekke ind.
Rod ved booking af jacuzzi.

Cons:

Zárva volt a szauna meghibásodás miatt. Mi szauna miatt választottuk ezt a hotelt. Tájékoztatást nem kaptunk előre, így ez az élmény kimaradt. Ha tudtuk volna, más szállást választottunk volna.

Uitzicht vanuit raam was wel erg mooi. Veel groen en mooie wandelroutes. Metro bereikbaarheid naar centrum was erg goed.

Cons:

Ik had hotel geboekt met inclusief sauna, daar aangekomen bleek het niet te werken en niet was vermeldt bij boeken. Voor 4 sterren miste hotel veel zoals toiletpot met geel/bruine streep, geen schone handdoeken volgende dag ook ondanks vraag, douchekop had lekkage. Geen papieren doekjes om handen te drogen.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Die Metrostation war fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

We would like to come back again if hotel staff is better.

Pros:

Beliggenheden fin - gode P-muligheder - tæt på bus og bådtaxa.
Værelserne store og velindrettede med fine senge og badeværelser.
Meget dejlig morgenmad
Aftensmad i restauranten (en lørdag på “lille” kort) var meget ringe. Det bør der gøres noget ved !!
Min karakter er en 10’er på alt andet end aftensmaden, der ligger på 5-6!!

Fin beliggenhed med 5 minutters gang til Metro. Lidt tæt på togbanen, men der kom ikke så mange tog, og når vinduet er lukket høres det kun meget lidt.

Wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Die Lage vom Hotel und Anbindung an die Metro sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt enttäuscht, da einige Umstände unseren Komfort und unsere Erholung erheblich beeinträchtigt haben.

Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr war das Parken am Hotel nicht mehr kostenlos. Für eine Nacht mussten wir 145 DKK zuzüglich 18 DKK Gebühr, insgesamt etwa 22 €, bezahlen. Da wir im Vorfeld nicht über diese zusätzlichen Kosten informiert wurden, kam dies für uns überraschend. Eine transparente Information vor der Buchung wäre hier wünschenswert gewesen.

Besonders belastend war jedoch die Lärmsituation durch das Fitnessstudio, das sich direkt gegenüber unserem Zimmer mitten auf dem Hotelflur befand. Bis 22 Uhr wurden wiederholt Gewichte lautstark auf den Boden fallen gelassen. Die Geräusche und Erschütterungen waren in unserem Zimmer deutlich wahrnehmbar, sodass an einen erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war.

Was wir besonders bedauern, ist, dass sich die Situation trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden nicht verbessert hat. Wir hatten auf Verständnis und Rücksichtnahme gehofft, da Ruhe und Erholung für Hotelgäste gerade in den Abendstunden von großer Bedeutung sind. Leider konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt dadurch nicht so genießen, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten.
Ein Fitnessstudio sollte möglichst so gelegen sein, dass andere Gäste weder durch Lärm noch durch Erschütterungen gestört werden.
Insgesamt hätten wir uns mehr Ruhe, eine bessere Information über zusätzliche Kosten und vor allem mehr Rücksicht auf das Ruhebedürfnis der Gäste gewünscht.
