Pros:

Located close to the metro line, easy to get to the city center. A plenty of different options for breakfast, big restaurant, super nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

Located by the loud street, no water/tea/coffee in the rooms.

A really awful place to stay with incompetent staff

It’s a shabby place to stay where guests were deliberately ripped off

Cons:

Unfortunately, I didn’t heed the warnings and advice of other guests. This hotel doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel in the slightest. It’s down to the incompetence, disrespect and unfriendliness of the staff – Eliss, Mike and the General Manager – who didn’t even deem it necessary to give us his name. He didn’t even write the email we were expecting from him himself. A complete fraud. The staff’s response: he’s sooooo busy.

Dirty towels. No apologies from the staff.

Loud music outside the hotel entrance from 7.00 am until 11.00 pm

It’s a right rip-off with the parking arranged through the external company Easy Park. Relevant information was deliberately withheld so that they could split the resulting penalty charges amongst themselves. Other guests have had the same experience in the past.
