Pros:

La stanza era estremamente spaziosa e confortevole, la colazione (di tipo continentale) squisita e variegata, la posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per chi voglia visitare la citta vecchia (il centro storico), in meno di 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge sia il castello di Wawel che la Piazza del Mercato. Inoltre il personale sempre gentilissimo ed a disposizione del cliente (ringrazio in particolare la giovane Marta, alla reception; sorridente e mai invadente, è stata un ottimo biglietto di visita dell'hotel).

Przyjeżdżam z sentymentu do marki hotelu i z powodu miłego personelu.
Pros:

Bardzo miły i chętny do pomocy personel. Grzeczny, uprzejmy, uważny. Naprawde sympatyczni ludzie.Przeciwieństwo tego co spotkało mnie na Grzybowskiej w Warszawie (niestety już kilka razy).W krakowskim Radissonie od zawsze pracujący tu ludzie są największą wartością , jest się tu po prostu mile widzianym.Fajne uczucie. Hotel może nie najnowszy i wymaga odnowienia ale lokalizacja dobra, dobre sprzątanie pokoi.

Cons:

1.Mało ludzi na recepcji wieczorem. Nie ma konsjerża. 1 pracownik wykonuje pracę za dwoje. Nie powinno tak być.
2. W pokoju powinna być bezpłatna woda (są karafki) i jakieś przekąski w mini barze ( wiem, że można wezwać room service ale nie chce o 22:00 zawracać nikomu głowy i czekać).
3. Po 21:30 nic nie zjesz w hotelu.
4.po co mi w pokoju 2 lodówki? Jedna wielka w przedpokoju zamknięta na klucz a druga pusta?
5. Ogarnijcie żarówki zwisające z lampy na kablach i włącznik, w którym trzeszczy prąd podczas naciskania.
6. Drogi parking! Zróbcie coś z tym!
