Cracovia una bella sorpresa...
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, in posizione ideale per raggiungere il centro storico. Anche la fermata per l'autobus che in meno di 30 minuti porta in aeroporto è a 6/7 minuti. Abbiamo apprezzato un upgrade della camera effettuato senza sovrapprezzo. Cortesia del personale e pulizia ottimi. Forse per un hotel 5 stelle la ricchezza del buffet per la colazione non è adeguata ma è soddisfacente. Il rapporto qualità prezzo comunque degno di nota.

You can see that the rooms are starting to get outdated. They will need soon a renovation.

The staff, the hotel's location and its facilities were excellent.

Cons:

The choice of hot food at breakfast could have better. Better choice. On one morning the scrambled egg was cold. Fried eggs would have good while mushrooms were only available on one of the three mornings.

Beautiful hotel, staff were fantastic, couldn’t have done anymore for us. Was my daughter’s birthday and we got a free upgrade with benefits 🤩 room was gorgeous and breakfast was delicious.

Hotel ha soddisfatto pienamente le aspettative.
Camera spaziosa (ho anche beneficiato di un upgrade ). colazione varia e abbondante.
posizione a mio avviso perfetta, fuori dal caos della piazza centrale ma pochi minuti a piedi adiacente ad un bel parco ai piedi del castello.

Late check out disponibile.

Would definitely come back for the right price.
Pros:

Amazing location, 5 minute walk to the main square and in a very safe feeling area. We were given a free room upgrade so room was very spacious. Lobby area is lovely.

Cons:

It didn’t really feel like a 5 star hotel. Yes it was lovely but I don’t feel there was anything exceptional. For example, the iron in the room was a very cheap travel iron that hardly ironed any clothes. We also found it hard to control the temperature of the room.
