Cons:

Отель позиционирует себя как 5*, но на деле это совсем не так. Элементарно нет всех принадлежностей для гигиены. Улучшенный номер с абсолютно пустым минибаром. Но самое смешное это пустые графины под предлогом «экологии». Это смешно, потому что на обслуживание кулеров для воды уходит очень много ресурсов. Но и плотностью от воды в бутылках тоже не отказались. Если вы за экологию — сделайте воду питьевой из кранов как в Швейцарии.

Localização e conforto
Pros:

Localização fantástica, perto de tudo para conhecer o centro histórico a pé. Garagem subterrânea no próprio hotel (cobrança extra), o que é raro encontrar na região. Cama confortável, banheira e chuveiro bons, quarto com tamanho excelente, ficamos em um quarto com vista para o castelo, academia ótima, café da manhã super completo!

Location great needs a little attention to customer service.

The location of the hotel fantastic. The room size was very large great.

Cons:

On arrival we checked in and made our way to our room. In the room it was very evident that the room was missing furniture a comfortable chair to sit on. We reported this to reception straight away. It was only resolved the next morning after again bring this to the attention of the reception.

The dining room for breakfast lacks atmosphere and there is no meet and greed on the door. Upon entering the dining room the tables are slow to be cleared and redressed therefore you have to look around for a clean space to eat. There is a good choice of breakfast but if you come down late the food was cold and needed replenishing.
