Comfortable hotel with great location
Pros:

Location is perfect , the room size very good , test of food very good , reception staff friendly

Cons:

The breakfast good be better , the staff in the restaurant should be more professional, the parking price is too high

Gerne wieder Krakau, eine tolle Innenstadt!
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, großes Zimmer zum ruhigen Innenhaof, prima umfangreiches Fr+ühstück mit tollen sideorders (Toasts, Eierspeisen etc. incl.)

Cena niestety nie jest adekwatna do tego co oferuje hotel.
Pros:

Zapewne na pochwałę zasługuje lobby hotelu, przyjemne miejsce do posiedzenia. Smaczne jedzenie serwowane, chociaż ceny dość wysokie. Dobra lokalizacja hotelu.

Cons:

W tym hotelu zatrzymywałam się już trzy raz, natomiast ostatni raz bardzo mnie zniechęcił do ponownej rezerwacji w tym obiekcie.
Przy zameldowaniu Pani poinformowała mnie że hotel przydzielił mi pokój o lepszym standardzie niż ten który rezerwowałam, ucieszyło mnie to do momentu aż zobaczyłam pokój. Z pewnością mogę stwierdzić - patrząc na moje wcześniejsze rezerwacje w tym hotelu iż pokój o „lepszym standardzie” który podobno otrzymałam nie należał do nich. Pokój zaniedbany, ściany posiadały liczne plamy, niektóre z nich próbowano zakryć niepasującym kolorem. Krzesło znajdujące się w pokoju było uszkodzone, wyglądało na bardzo zniszczone, nie można było bezpiecznie na nim usiąść. Podniszczone meble - pokój zdecydowanie wymagał odświeżenia. Podczas wcześniejszych rezerwacji śniadanie było jak najbardziej w porządku. Niestety tym razem zawiodło mnie ponieważ na śniadaniu znajdowało się zdecydowanie mniej jedzenia. W niedzielę pomimo pojawienia się na śniadaniu o wczesnej porze były duże braki. Spędziłam na śniadaniu ponad godzinę licząc iż jedzenie będzie dokładane, podczas tego czasu pomimo że do końca śniadania zostały jeszcze ponad dwie godziny nie dołożono nawet parówek, nie mówiąc o innym jedzeniu. Parking w cenie 600 zł za 4 noce. Obiekt przed moim przyjazdem zapewnił o miłym geście od hotelu z racji urodzin osoby mi towarzyszącej. Zapytano mnie o imię jubilata oraz dokładny dzień urodzin, który przypadał dopiero na 4 dobę spędzona w hotelu. Niestety ostatecznie nie uraczono nas żadnym miłym gestem z tej okazji.

Das Hotel liegt so zentral wunderbare Familie zum Altstadt wunderbare Verbindung zum Schloss. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir haben Garage gemietet 150
Zł für 24 Stunden finde ich zu teuer.

Calm and comfortable
Pros:

It’s 5 min walking to main activities. Location is great. The room is clean, comfortable beds, tea and coffee, gym and spa everything for a pleasant stay.
Breakfast also is good.
