Great hotel in the heart of old town
Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the gym and sauna facilities were excellent, and the service was genuinely impressive. We requested toothbrushes quite late at night and literally within seconds someone was at our door with them — probably some of the fastest hotel service I’ve experienced.
The location is also ideal for exploring the Old Town!

Cons:

One small thing that could be improved: Upon arrival, there wasn’t any drinking water already available in the room, and we had to refill the bottle from the hallway station. It’s a good sustainability initiative, but having water in the room upon arrival would feel like a nicer touch, while guests could still use the refill station for any additional top-ups afterwards.

Overall, a very comfortable and well-run hotel that I’d happily stay at again.
