Stay here for location
Pros:

The location is great. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Staff was friendly. Sadly the room wasn’t the best. The toilets water kept running for hours and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut close. We even saw a roach under the kitchen’s sink on our last night there ! And for some reason, they decided to work on the pool at 6am Sunday!! Waking up the kids.

The pool, basketball court kod friendly & staff was nice

Cons:

The rooms were a little dirty & my two of my kids got eaten up by something they had bites all over legs & arms. Also turn down the chlorine.

We love the location and the space. The price is still up there for the cleanliness and the service you get.

The distance from Disney and the space we had was great for our family.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially when it came to cleanliness and the overall condition of the hotel. The bathrooms did not feel clean, the showers were gross, and there was visible mildew and chipping paint. The bathrooms are definitely in need of an update. The curtains in our room also had holes and rips in them.

There was only one functional elevator during our stay, and there were very few luggage carts available. We were unable to get a cart when we arrived or when we checked out, which meant making several trips with all of our luggage.

The most disappointing part was the housekeeping service. We specifically asked to have our room cleaned, and when we returned, my son’s blankets had been thrown onto the floor. I considered the floor dirty, so this was extremely upsetting. I couldn’t help but wonder if the staff would want their own children’s blankets thrown onto a dirty hotel floor. Trash cans were also left out, and overall, the room simply did not feel clean after housekeeping had supposedly cleaned it.

It felt as though there was very little attention to detail or care put into the cleaning of our room. When you’re staying at a hotel with your family, cleanliness should be one of the most basic expectations. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling like that standard was not met.

Dirty carpet
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location if you’re planing to go to Disney. Target, 7leave, and ding bbt walking distance. The free breakfast was pretty good quality, one of the best I’ve seen with hotels. One downside is the room “floors” omg…. The tiles and carpet was really sticky and you could feeel how dirty the carpet is. If you walk barefoot on the carpet the bottom of your foot wokld be black. I know most plp don’t take off their shoes when he in hotels but I’ve never had this problem with other hotels carpets or floors. I hope you guys would just deep clean the floors once a week or something

Not happy with the stay. I should have picked Delta next door.

It was an amazing Birthday stay
Pros:

The staff they were all amazing every last one of them. They’re definitely there to please and make sure you’re comfortable.

Cons:

They use to serve BACON it’s been years since I’ve seen it. I stay here a couple times a year. They always serve sausage but they look and taste weird. The air conditioner wasn’t working to its full capacity. No matter the time of day the water never got hot.
