Left feeling underwhelmed. Checked in around 4:15pm (after 3pm check-in time) and the room wasn't ready. Luckily Mario (Ambassador) addressed this personally and made an effort to rectify the situation. Hotel website advertises breakfast buffet at Edge Brasserie. No buffet to be found and apparently this is only during peak season..? Major benefit is access to Equinox gym. Room is nice, but nothing substantially different from other 4/5 star hotels across the US.
This would have made this hotel 5 stars: not having a wet rag smell upon entering the room, having more than 1 car for complimentary car service, and going more than 2 miles for complimentary car service. I couldn’t give this hotel 2 stars because the front desk people were nice and those who stopped by our room for other services were friendly. Other than that, I would reconsider staying here again.
It is pet friendly AND luxurious (difficult combination to find).

7th floor front desk not liked and room service. I asked for a bottle of champagne and take it an hour.
Four season , no need say more , very good
First room was dirty and shampoo/conditioner were watered down. The phone was also broken. When I was moved to my new room the phone also didn’t work but it was cleaner. Spa system broke when I had an appointment so I ended up waiting 40 mins for somebody to get me. Overall, this was not a 5 star experience.

While our stay was brief, the moment we entered the property the experience was delightful. From checking in, to our room being prepared, clean, and with the nice little touches for our kids that the Four Season excels in.
We had an absolutely amazing dinner at Nuna with our kids and then were able to spend some time at the pool after dinner because it's open 24/7, a luxury we never thought we'd enjoy so much.
We had an early flight and room service was delivered on time (5:45am) and our car was ready for us to depart.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable bed! All that you need for a good stay!
