We unfortunately didnt have a tv that worked properly and the telephone also out of order
Maintenance promptly responded, offering to move us however
The hotel was so busy we decided to put up with it
The lifts were so crowded with all the people
Breakfast was impossible due to bus loads of tourists

Lovely comfortable clean hotel
Pros:

We got into our room at 10.00 am and checked out at 2 pm - was great. Lovely clean room and breakfast was ideal. Staff really helpful and friendly. Ideal location.
