Would stay again
Pros:

Location was great. Very short walk from the central bus station (that takes you to the airport). Staff were really friendly and let us check in early as room was ready! That was a nice bonus. Also let us leave our bags at hotel when checking out as had a later flight.

This splendid Hotel bustles with life and is the epitome of functionality, kindness and comfort.
Pros:

The Holiday Inn Hotel in Belfast is located a stone’s throw from the newly-built Grand Central railway and bus station. The rooms smell clean, spacious and well-furnished. The bed mattresses are very comfortable. The Dove toiletries were nice. The bar and breakfast room are a delight to use. The speedy elevators fly up and down silently.

The staff are well-trained, for they know what to do with great aplomb and their uniforms are beautiful and inspire order. Ashton at Reception was welcoming and very proficient at her job.

This is not the first time we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre IHG Hotel and we acknowledge that the next stay will be better than the previous one: the management encourages an on-going policy of progressive experience.

Cons:

Anything negative about this hotel? No, except that the “no smoking signs” should be posted more clearly everywhere. Perhaps some handy tourist leaflets in the room might be good for a visitor. Thank you for having us soon again.

Pros:

Very nice rooms

Cons:

No parking - not ideal. Having to park across the way, even at the discounted rate isn’t convenient at all. It’s a day rate therefore if you leave the car park within the 24 hour period and return again - you pay again

Nos gusto mucho la variedad en cuanto al desayuno, mis hijas pudieron comer también ahí, las habitaciones muy limpias y el baño impecable, no escatimaron en cuanto a la cantidad de toallas considerando que fuimos mi esposo, mis hijas pequeñas y yo, también hubo un pequeño problema en cuanto al ruido de otra habitación y lo resolvieron sin problemas, la cuna para mi bebé era amplia y cómoda.

Cons:

No es que no me gustó, pero me hubiera gustado un pequeño colchón de cuna para la cuna, era muy dura la cuna sin ella y recurrimos a poner todas nuestras camperas para hacerla más cómoda y que mi bebé pudiera dormir, también mejor comunicación en el check out con el personal.

The location is good, the room was comfortable. Staff are probably the best part as they are quite helpful. Late check out was available for IHG members at no extra cost.
