The staff were friendly and helpful. The location gave great access to the city and transport links.
The pillows on the bed were okay but no better than that.
Had a lovely time staff food excellent very close to the transport. BFS airport go to tourist information buy the bus return ticket £23 for 2. Express 300 plus runs through the night. 1am 3am 5am so easy for a early morning flight.
Bus outside the terminal straight to the bus station approx 35 mins. Hotel 5 minutes turn right when you exit the bus station it is on the corner straight ahead of you no need to pay taxis fares. 15 minutes into central Belfast easy walk. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. 5*****
An excellent stay from start to finish . From the moment we arrived the reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful making check in stress free.
The food was delicious, with a really wide choice to suit all tastes. Service was also excellent and attentive, Kirsty gave perfect recommendations.
