Pros:

Hotel is very clean, comfortable and modern and the staff very helpful and friendly. Given a chance, I would return. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Maybe lower a bit the tray charge for room service.

Pros:

Great hotel in a perfect location, close to the train station and the city centre. The hotel smells amazing as soon as you walk in, the amenities are excellent, and the breakfast is delicious.

The staff were all very friendly, especially Victoria, who was incredibly kind and caring throughout our stay.

Highly recommended!

Pros:

Everything about the hotel. First thing was the beautiful smell inside the front doors. Staff at reception were so friendly and welcoming. Got to room before check in time. Room was so clean. Comfortable in every way.

Rooms were good. We asked to get moved and staff were amazingly accommodating. Special mention to Masha and Aodhan who were very helpful

Fabulous Hotel
Pros:

My husband and I visited Holiday Inn in Belfast and I must start by saying how wonderful the staff are. Upon arrival the young man asked if we were in the members scheme, we weren’t, so he explained it was free to join and we could get in our room early and have late check out for free. We had arrived earlier than expected so this was a good bonus. Our room was light and airy and spotless clean, the room was serviced every day. Now the breakfast! Without doubt the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The range of foods, drinks and accompaniments was mind blowing, the quality exceeded expectations. The food was so good we ate evening meal there every night. The staff were very efficient and took time to stop and chat like we were old friends. The position of the hotel couldn’t have been better as it was only a 10 minute stroll to the centre, very close to the train station and bus stops. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with enthusiasm. This is a brilliant hotel in an equally brilliant city and we can’t wait to go back.
