Het word hoogtijd dat ze de euro gaan gebruiken, de toeristen verliezen veel aan wisselkoersen .. en natuurlijk ook drinkgeld inbegrepen zoals alle Europese landen..
Beautiful hotel and wonderful service
Visited this hotel for the first time at the end of March for a long weekend. Very central to everything and just off a tram route. Also very easy to walk to all the local attractions, including Prague castle and Charles Bridge.
The rooms are all music themed and were clean and spacious, with a turn down service provided.
We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast itself was outstanding with an assortment of pastries, fruit, cereal and breakfast puddings. There was also a hot food buffet and an à la carte menu to choose from. There was even a glass of fizz if you wanted it.
There was an afternoon tea available every day which we sampled once over the weekend and enjoyed.
The Vrbta Gardens were open during our stay with a private entrance for hotel guests, and it was lovely to have a wander around.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.
Sehr gut
The location
The hotel is jaded, it desperately needs to be refurbished. The bathrooms are old. The shower doesn’t work well (in either my room or my kids). The mattress was uncomfortable. The carpets are old. Also, and this is just a side note, how come there are no women musicians in any of your paintings? Seriously, in both the 20th and 21st centuries there are some pretty good women musicians… if you have the Rolling Stones perhaps you could include Madonna or Janis Joplin or Tina Turner? Seriously it is pathetic.
Excellent location in a quiet road just off a tram route, close to Charles Bridge and an easy walk up to Prague Castle. Spacious room and bathroom with soft bathrobes and slippers. Ate once in the restaurant which was lovely, but also lots of other good eating and drinking places close by. The gardens are absolutely beautiful with lovely views over the city. Overall, a great hotel for a city break.
The location was prime and probably one of the best .
The front office staff was extremely polite but the staff at the breakfast came with I care a damn attitude. Sounded rude or they just wanted us to get done with it asap . there was no breakfast laid out . It felt more or less like you don’t deserve better. Horrible horrible breakfast . The rooms were dusty and I had to keep asking them to replenish the toiletries everyday and the handed it so carefully as not to steal .
