Hotel s 5* ako má byť, žiadny tuctový prístup.
Pros:

Super vybavenie hotela, na izbe čaj, čo sa často nevidí je, že na izbe vás okrem čaju a čerstvého ovocia (bezkôstkové hrozno, mandarinka, slivka…) čaka nadštandardná kapsulova káva Illy, ktorá chuti naozaj skvele a je dosť silná. Veľmi dobré postele. Naozaj ticho v izbe, ale aj v celom hotely. Žiadne hluk, žiadne ničenie ventilátora, klimatizácie alebo zvuk sprchy alebo toalety zo susednej izby. Po príchode nám veľmi zručný personál zaparkoval v garáži auto. Skvelý a veľmi ústretový personál, aj na recepcii, aj v reštaurácii.

Cons:

Pokazená termostatická batéria na izbe, raz teplá, raz studená voda, ale ak sa s tým trochu pohráte, podarí sa.

Great hotel, perfect location, and wonderful very professional staff.
Pros:

Fabulous location and a beautiful hotel.
We were upgraded to a Suite which a lovely surprise and a perfect finish to our holiday.

Great hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location close to all major sites and transport links. The breakfast was good and rooms well maintained.

Pros:

Excellent location in Lesser Town, providing easy access to transport, Charles Bridge area.
The hotel is music themed and of a very good standard for those wanting a very civilised experience at a hotel
Rooms had large comfortable beds and were well equipped
Surprisingly good value for what we paid - we were delighted that we seemed to get a very high quality hotel at such a low price.
The cleanliness and upkeep of areas all around the hotel was very good.
No noise problems at all
Service was professional, timely and plentiful.
The facilities there are just what you need (inc Gym and free access to the adjacent Vrtba Garden through the hotel). A very impressive experience for two couples in their sixties.

Pros:

Un hôtel absolument exceptionnel, idéalement situé au cœur de Prague, avec un niveau de service remarquable et une atmosphère à la fois élégante, chaleureuse et intimiste. Le jardin est tout simplement magnifique

Cons:

Il est sincèrement difficile de trouver quelque chose à reprocher à cet établissement. Tout a été à la hauteur de nos attentes, du confort de la chambre à l’accueil et aux différents espaces de l’hôtel.

Lovely romantic stay in the heart of Prague
Pros:

Beautifully located just a short walk from the Charles Bridge. The staff are exceptional and the access to the garden is a real highlight
