Pros:

The bare necessities are there. The staff is lovely and helpful.

Cons:

The room and facility was a bit old, certain things were broken but the bare essentials were functional.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

400 Meter zu U, Bahn, 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof Sunderby und zur Arena. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Das Haus bietet einen Gemeinschaftswaschraum sowie Sauna. Das Zimmer selber war sauber aber einfach ausgestattet. Sehr nettes Personal und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

In der Küchenzeile keine Geschirrspülmaschine und zu wenig Geschirr. Möbel stark abgenutzt.

It’s a room, but it could be a lot more comfortable.
Pros:

Location was the best part.

Cons:

The curtains did not cover the windows fully. In the summer when the sun sets late and rises early, not being able to fully shut out the light is a real inconvenience and it would be better if they fixed this. Also the wooden door attached to the fridge door came off its hinge during our stay. We could not repair it and even though we told the staff, nothing was done. It was very inconvenient to open and close the fridge. Finally, laundry slots were 3 hours, but for some reason the washer setting for cottons was nearly 3 hours. So if you try to use the dryer, you need to spend a total of 4 hours doing laundry.

OK til pengene. Fint placering ift. metro.
Pros:

Rigtig god placering i forhold til metro. Mulighed for parkering.
Ok morgenmad.

Cons:

Ikke døgnbemandet.
Der var utrolig varmt på gange.
Ventilation virkede ikke de første 2 dage.

Pros:

Prisvärt med helt rätt läge för oss.

Cons:

Ventilationen som inte fanns på vårat rum. Otroligt varmt. Personalen kom med en lite bordsfläkt och tipsade oss att öppna fönsterna.

服务好，交通便利，但面积太小
Pros:

服务好，工作人员提前让我们入住，让我们省去了很多麻烦，各个注意事项交代非常清楚。交通方便，离地铁站只需步行几分钟。附近有个超市，商品虽不算很丰富，但也基本能满足需求。安静不吵闹

Cons:

面积确实小，4个人相当于只有一间房，厨房很袖珍；离市中心也比较远，虽说交通方便，但毕竟不是中心区。与北欧其他城市比较，性价比不高。但好像也没有什么更好的选择

Onnistunut keikkamatka.
Pros:

Tilava,huoneistossa parveke,iso kylpyhuone,asiakaspalvelu hyvä,saatiin huone paljon aikaisemmin kuin piti,myöhäinen check-out(+3h) järjestyi eikä maksanut paljoa,todella hyvä aamiainen.

Cons:

Ilmastointia ei ollut mutta ei haitannut koska huone oli läpi talon jolloin sai huoneeseen ristivedon.
