Made for a great stay
Pros:

From the moment you walk in, to when you leave you are in for a great stay.

Given how pricy accommodation is in Amsterdam it wasn't much extra to upgrade to this gem of a place.

Location - ideal - 5 minutes walk with luggage from the train station. Then less than 5 minutes walk to the local attractions.

Aesthetics- they put a lot of effort into making a nice feeling hotel, with a pleasant scent that greets you.

Aircon - it works!

Cons:

The only real problem is with the shower door seals. They aren't water tight, so some water will escape into the rest of the bathroom. We were just thinking of the poor cleaners. It wouldn't take much to adjust the shower doors.

Overpriced and disappointing – the service and facilities did not meet my expectations.
Pros:

The croissants at breakfast were delicious, and I also enjoyed the eggs with potatoes. The hotel is within walking distance of Dam Square, around 10 minutes on foot.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel was much worse than I expected, especially considering the high price. There was no proper closet for clothes, and the iron was only available upon request. The lighting in the room was extremely dim and impractical. The room felt very dark, and I found it particularly difficult to apply my makeup because there was simply not enough proper lighting. It was uncomfortable and not practical at all. No bottled drinking water was provided, and we were told to drink tap water from the bathroom as it was safe, which I personally did not find comfortable.

Housekeeping was below expectations. Basic amenities such as toothbrushes were not provided, and towels for two guests and towel replacement had to be requested. There was also no assistance with luggage at all. I was pregnant during my stay, yet my husband had to carry all our luggage himself.

Breakfast choices were quite limited, although the croissants and eggs with potatoes were good. Unfortunately, the Asian staff member working at breakfast was rude and not welcoming.

The location is not as ideal as expected if you want to be directly at Dam Square, as it is approximately a 10-minute walk. Parking near the hotel is also extremely expensive.

Overall, the hotel is overpriced for the level of service, housekeeping, amenities and facilities provided. I would not stay here again.

Pros:

Perfecte locatie in een rustige straat vlakbij het centrum en centraal station. Schone, mooie en ruime kamer.

Cons:

Ik ben niet zo’n fan van toppers op een matras. Het glijdt weg en het onderlaken komt makkelijk los. Verder niets negatiefs.

Cons:

冷蔵庫がなかったです（でもたいして困りませんでした）
バスマットの置く位置がわからず、思いのシャワーの水が外側に漏れ濡れてしまいました。あらかじめ敷いていただいてもいいかと思いました。

Super close to Centraal, great room and breakfast
Pros:

Very close to Centraal Station, on a pretty quiet side canal. Close enough but not too close to the Red Light District. Amazing room, professional staff, lovely breakfast. Good air conditioning!
