The hotel was beautiful. The team was extremely helpful and super nice.
We've stayed in this hotel now 5 or 6 times the last year, as every other month my wife has to attend lectures in Amsterdam (walking distance from the hotel) so we travel as a family with our 1 year old daughter. The hotel is super conveniently located and easily accessible by train (only a short walk from Central Station). The staff is wonderful, the rooms too, and the lobby is very nice to hang out with. I would say "we'll definitely visit again" but we actually HAVE visited again, 6 times by now :D
Some of the rooms are in a separate section of the building, meaning you have to take the elevator to the first floor, walk a bit through a corridor, and get into the next elevator to the floor where your room is. First world problems, I know, but it can be annoying (maybe) if you forget something in your room and have to go back up to get something quickly. Otherwise it's an absolute non-issue of course.

The property is very central, less than 10 minutes from Amsterdam Central, the DAM. Near the China town which make it exceptional for food options. Even that is near the vibrant part of the city, is still very quiet. You don’t hear the noise outside.
The room was spacious, with a comfort bed and space enough to move. The bathroom was big and the shower has good water power.

Central location, short walking distance to the central station and city center. Room with canal view was also enjoyable.
Breakfast with very limited options and doesn’t worth the value , I would expect more for this price.

Good design and location
Beds were not comfortable at all
This is a beautiful historic hotel located on a quiet canal walking distance to the train station. The staff is very welcoming, the room was spacious and quiet and breakfast was wonderful. Fabulous spacious bathroom with a tub, a separate and great shower, and lovely products. This is a well cared for hotel. Beautiful!
