بإختصار الفندق لا يصنف أربع نجوم ، وموقعه ما يصلح لنا كخليجيين ، حتى الغرف ضيقة ، والله يسامحها اللي مدحته ، بسببه كرهت

دفعت مبلغ باهضة وسكنت في المبنى القديم ونفس سعر الغرفه للشخص اللي يحطونه في المبنى الجديد ، هذا ظلم وغير عادل ، الصور في بوكينج مظلله ، هي صور الغرف في المبنى الأمامي الجديد ، المبنى الخلفي ماله اي صور ، النوافذ صغيرة وحطوني في غرفة في الدور الأول بس تحس انك في البدروم ، تطل على سطح فيه مستنقع ، والأرضية مائلة وغير مستوية كأنك بيوت الطين القديمه ، حتى وأنا اصلي جالسه مايله ، وكان فيه نمل يمشي على الارضيه ، والسقف قريب كأنك في قبر فعلاً كأنه بدروم . وكمان في الصور حاطين كرسي كنبه بس الحقيقه كرسي عادي حديد او بلاستك ، والغرفة مظلمه ابغى اكتب ما قدرت ، وفي الصور فيه ابجورة للطاولة بس الحقيقة ما فيه ، رسلت لبوكينج بنفس اليوم بس مافيه اي رد او استجابة ، ورسلت رسالة للفندق ، وما احد تجاوب ، بنفس الوقت روحت كلمت الموظف بس أسلوبه جاف وبارد ، قال ما اقدر اسوي شيء لان الغرف فل ، طيب ممكن ترضي العميل بأسلوبك او ممكن بمشروب او ماء مجاني ، لكن للأسف ولا شيء ، ولما طلبته يغير غرفتي لأدوار عليا قال لازم تدفعين إضافي ، قل له مو مذكور في بوكينج هذا الكلام ، فقط الغرف المطله أغلى ، قال انتي حجزتي استاندر ، وأنا حجزي غرفه كمفورت وسعرها موحد للمبنى الأول والثاني ولجميع الأدوار ، فقط الزيادة تكون إذا الغرفة مطله ، أو إذا مساحتها أوسع او جناح ، لكن للأسف الموظف ، ما تفهم وما وصلت معه لحل ، وزي ما سبق وقلت اني رسلت للفندق ورسلت لبوكينج ، وطبعا اليوم الثاني كلمت الموظفه في الصباح ، وقالت اوكي نغير غرفتك للمبنى الثاني ، وكانت محترمه وأفضل من الموظف ، وقالت خلاص قفلي شنطتك واحنا ننقلها للغرفة الجديدة وفرحت ، ولما رجعت في المساء ، وجدت نفس الموظف السابق ، وقال الغرفه غيرناها للدور الثالث ونفس المبنى !!!! طيب الموظفه وعدتني انه يكون المبنى الجديد ، وعرفت ان هذا الموظف هو اللي غير غرفتي بنفس المبنى ، طبعاً الغرفه في الدور الرابع بالمصعد وفي الحقيقة الدور الثالث يعني يا بدروم يا سطح ، ما فيه وسط ، الغرفة فوق راسي سقالات ، ونفس الشيء الأرضية مايله ، بإختصار الفندق ما يستحق 4 نجوم ، مافيه مكوى ولا دولاب ولا سلبيز ، حتى علبة مويه مايوفرونها و للأدوات شخصية ، نجي للموقع.

A rollercoaster of temperatures
Pros:

I can not reccomend you to stay in room 201; it's a two-story room and the lower floor was very cold, especially in the bathroom. We got mobile heaters from reception to help with that but obviously they made quite some noise. Also, the windows cannot be opened, except a small one in the roof, making it impossible to vent the room proberly, again, especially in the bathroom after showering. Mold on the windows is evidence of this. Other than that the room is lovely, if you like climbing stairs.
