Great location, but zero investment in the rooms
Pros:

Located near Boardwalk, pier, and Fourth of July fireworks, which you could watch from the pool. Pool also overlooks the ocean.

Cons:

The room comes with only two washcloths and two small towels for three people. There is no closet, just a small rack with no working hangers. The mattresses were all covered in rubber plastic covers. There was a basketball size hole in the carpet. I assume a burn mark. It was the Fourth of July, so people were setting off fireworks until after midnight. Might not be the hotel‘s fault, but they had zero security as far as I could tell. All this for $250 plus?
