Good for what we needed this particular weekend.
Pros:

Location, lots of things to do within walking distance and of course being right on the beach was a plus. Pool was nice and clean and we were able to catch a concert at the beach right next door at the Ocean Deck.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to call a number and wait for someone to get there to check me in, I also had to call someone and wait for them to get there when I locked myself out of my room. I also didn't like that there is no ice machine readily available as the only one is in the office, so I would have had to call someone and wait to get ice?

Outside of the fascia falling, it was relaxing.

Price good but so so on the rest.
Pros:

.Nice pool and great location.

Cons:

Sheets was not changed ,from former guests.Loud till 4:30 am,told lady at the desk,said police wouldn't come.

Cons:

The people allowed to drink, smoke and have speakers to play any music they wanted. 3 speakers 3 different people 3 different music. Pool water was murky and cloudy. Staff did nothing about broken policies. No hot water in room.
