Occidental Ve Strži Praha
Pros:

Příjemný hotel v místě, kde jsme potřebovali pacovat. Využili jsme placené parkování , je dobré, že je na soukromém místě.
Pokoj byl hezky zařízený , čistý, vše fungovalo, včetně klimatizace.
Snídaně byla vynikající a výběr opravdu hojný.
Recepční byli příjemní a vstřícní.

Chtělo by to zapracovat na kvalitě služeb, jinak vše fajn;-)

Cons:

Každý den večer a ráno nefungovalo 5 programů na TV na pokoji (Info, ČT 1, ČT 24, ČT Sport a Nova) a když jsme to nahlásili, přišel technik 2. den ráno s tím, že zkusí resetovat anténu na střeše hotelu, ale ani to nepomohlo a při check out nám slečna recepční řekla, "že prvních 5 programů nejde dlouhodobě..."-ve 4*hotelu, kde byla TV jedinou hotelovou zábavou (ve 38-39°C do fitness opravdu nepůjdeme)?!?

Že mi jiný recepční, černoch, do tel. řekl, zda neumím anglicky, že on, bohužel, neumí dobře česky? Ve 4* hotelu v Praze-v ČR?

Pro služební pobyt zklamání
Pros:

Klimatizace na pokoji, výběr u snídaně

Cons:

V hotelu jsem znovu spal po několika letech a tentokrát to bylo pro mě velké zklamání. Na recepci jsem měl problém se domluvit ať česky nebo anglicky, například dodnes jsem neobdržel správnou fakturu s firemními údaji.
Můj pokoj byl v 10 patře, prý ten "lepší". Nevím, vypadalo to sice navenek krásně, ale pokoj byl úžasně nepraktický. Jak wc, tak sprcha byly ve vzduchotěsných kójích, kde nebyl vůbec vzduch, pravděpodobně tam měla být nějaká automatická vzduchotechnika, ale ta zjevně nefungovala. Na WC nešlo ovládat světlo, rozsvítilo se fotobuňkou a následně dalších skoro 15 minut svítilo, což v noci potěšilo. V prostoru "koupelny" nebyl jediný háček na pověšení, ani nic na položení čehokoliv. Tak by se dalo pokračovat....
Snídaně jsou až od 7:00 s tím, že ve výtahu upozorňují, že mezi 7:00 a 8:00 bývá narváno. Nikoho ale nenapadne úvodní čas snídaně trochu posunout, např. na 6:30, aby se davy, které se ráno potřebují rychle nasnídat a odjet, trochu rozprostřely.
V hotelu byly funkční dva výtahy, takže okolo sedmé ráno se dostat z a do 10. patra trvalo podstatně déle, než celá snídaně.
Pokud bych zde byl na dovolené, tak by mi to asi tolik nevadilo. Ale pro přespání na služební cestě tento hotel již nevyužiji.
