Poor buffet both dinner and breakfast

L'accueil par le personnel est satisfaisante. L'accès direct à la plage avec l'accès au transat et parasol est optimale. Nombreuses activités sur place. Les lits sont confortables. Le buffet est très varié mais beaucoup d'aliments trop épicés pour les papilles des enfants.

Cons:

La piscine intérieure a été fermée 2 jours sur nos 5 jours de séjour, sans avoir été prévenu en amont, alors qu'on comptait beaucoup là dessus car en octobre, les piscines extérieures sont fraîches.
Dans une chambre, nous étions 3 et nous n'avions des serviettes de toilette que pour 2 personnes malgré les demandes à la réception. Nous avons palier en utilisant les serviettes de piscine à disposition.
Et le gros point noir, c'est que nous sommes rentrés avec une infection digestive bactérienne, forcément attrapée via les repas de l'hotel.

Ładna plaża czysta

Cons:

Rezerwacja była potrzebna dla przedłużenia pobytu o 6 godzin, nie ma możliwości przedłużenia w hotelu. Pobyt był 7 dni jedzenie monotonne co dzień to samo wędlina z rana na obiad a z obiadu na kolację, jedzenie na wokach nie podgrzewane, kawa tylko do śniadania. Kurczaki i indyki na w pół surowe, ziemniaki niedogotowane, jajka sadzone białka nie ścięte. Basen nie czyszczony ani razu podczas pobytu, klimatyzacji radzę nie używać. Najmilsze osoby to te które sprzątają pokoje reszta za karę tam pracuje. Menadżer recepcji totalnie nie nadający się na to stanowisko. I wisienka na torcie karaluchy 3-4 cm w pokojach i na korytarzu. Nie pierwszy pobyt w Tunezji jest do czego porównać.

Leider waren wir mit dem Service an der Rezeption nicht zufrieden. Der Check-in hat sich verzögert, und im Badezimmer unseres Zimmers gab es einen starken, unangenehmen Geruch. Als wir dies meldeten, war die Reaktion nicht besonders hilfreich. Insgesamt war der Umgang mit uns enttäuschend.

Un séjour au top
Pros:

Notre séjour avec 2 enfants de 7 et 11 ans été parfait. Le personnel est gentil et poli.
L’hôtel est agréable et conforme à ce qui est annoncé.

Cons:

Il ne faut pas s’attendre au même qualité de propreté / finition qu’en France pour ce type d’hôtel mais je pense que ce n’est pas lié à cet hôtel en particulier. Personnellement ce n’est pas un problème pour nous, il faut juste le savoir.
La nourriture n’était pas assez typique à notre goût mais c’est peut-être ce que la majorité des gens souhaitent.
