Pros:

L'appartamento è comodo per 5 persone avendo anche 2 bagni. Posizione centrale e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Al check out ci hanno permesso di restare fin sera non avendo altre prenotazioni.

Cons:

Consiglio di installare le zanzariere e di mettere a disposizione più di un rotolo di carta igienica.

Era come stare a casa. Peccato....la vacanza è volata...
Pros:

Posizione centrale, comoda a servizi,negozi,supermercati, panificio, raggiungibili a piedi. Muri spessi che garantiscono la privacy anche se il residence era tutto occupato. Parcheggio comodo davanti al residence. Appartamento dotato di lavastoviglie,lavatrice e relative prime dosi di detersivi, ferro e asse da stiro. Inoltre abbiamo trovato alcuni prodotti alimentari di accoglienza come biscotti, crackers, acqua fresca, sale, pepe, zucchero.
Terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e lettino.
Fortunato e Silvia ottimi gestori, sempre disponibili per consigli e soluzione di eventuali problemi. Ci hanno lasciato disponibile l'appartamento fino al primo pomeriggio per una doccia prima della partenza. Un ringraziamento ulteriore.

Cons:

Connessione wifi e ricezione canali televisivi. Utile qualche appendiasciugamani nei bagni.

OTTIMA ESPERIENZA
Pros:

Ottima posizione, centralissima e comoda a bar, edicola e supermercati.
Pur essendo ad agosto non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di parcheggio sotto casa.
L'appartamento è molto ampio, non manca nulla...lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno e cucina e nel nostro caso 4 posti letto con camera dedicata e divano letto nel vano principale.
La stessa proprietà affitta auto e moto e da quanto mi è stato detto da persone del luogo, a prezzi concorrenziali.
Sicuramente da straconsigliare a chi ha idea di girare tra le spiagge della zona che sono a pochi km dalla struttura.

Apartament przestronny, zawierał wszystko co potrzebne. Przestrzeń czysta, blisko przystanku autobusowego, restauracji i plaży. Kontakt z personelem przebiegał bez problemu. Fantastyczny sklepik z owocami i warzywami przy samym obiekcie.

Cons:

Niejasność zwiazana z opłatami za używanie ręczników i pościeli. Otrzymaliśmy informacje ze pościel jest dostępna za dodatkową opłatą, na miejscu jednak łóżka były zaścielone korzystaliśmy z części pościeli bez dodatkowych opłat. Podobnie sytuacja wyglądała z ręcznikami.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Stadtlage. Viel Licht, viele Fenster, 2 Balkone und eine Terrasse. Die Badezimmer sind gut, ebenso die Betten. Ein eigener Parkplatz war nicht vorhanden, aber auf der Straße vor dem Wohnkomplex haben wir einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Great Location for beach hopping, clean and well maintained. Great Restaurants near by.
Pros:

The Apartment is located central in town, a short walk brings you to the water. The facilities are clean and well kept. Many beaches are reachable within 5 - 15 min. and therefore make for a fantastic beach hopping experience. Great Restaurants near by especially the one at the water front.

Cons:

The matrass had a gully in the middle, which if sleeping with another person, forces you into each other. Other than that everything was great. They even have Umbrella's in the apartment ready for the beach.

A perfect holiday.
Pros:

Spacious apartment (#7) with a nice balcony and a beautiful view over the Tavolara Island. The apartment was very well equipped with everything a family of four need which made it such a carefree holiday. It was really nice to have our own washing machine and not to mention to turn on the air conditioning when we returned from the beach in the afternoons. We slept well and the bed was comfortable in the bedroom, and the sleeping couch was convenient for the kids.

We loved having everything so close; the supermarket, the bakery and the café’s on the corner. We would especially like to mention the small Pizzeria L’Orca just a few meters up the street and will recommend that place for their excellent pizza and family friendly service.

Porto San Paolo and Residence Ataras made this holiday all so perfect. The staff were helpful and available long after the office hour in order to help us. We will strongly advise everyone to install WhatsApp to ease the communication. I wish we had. We also had great use of renting a car and kept going back to our favourite beach Spiaggia Porto Taverna. Residence Ataras offer their residence’s some discount when renting a car and made it affordable for us to have a car throughout our holiday. We doubt this will be our last visit - arrivederci Ataras and Porto San Paolo!

Great amenities, location and staff at a decent price
Pros:

Although it wasn't quite close to the sea, the residence has apartments over-viewing the town with an impressive view to it and the Tavolara island. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities one would expect when on vacation. The staff was ready to help at any time.
There're restaurants, shops and supermarkets all around. I highly recommend the pizzas made by Orca, up the same street.

Cons:

Policewomen are handing traffic and parking violation fines, generally before noon and later in the afternoon, when's not so hot outside. The residence staff was kind enough guiding me how and where to pay the parking fine I got one day.
