Pros:

Best Holiday Inn Express breakfast ever, and I have had many. The only thing I did not like very much is the color of the building :-) Otherwise, highly recommended, the people at the hotel do their job well and it shows.

Staffs need to be more professional otherwise very good hotel
Pros:

Room is spacious and facilities are good. Remember to ask for coffee maker as it's not available in the room. The staff told me there's free coffee available in the lobby but turns out it's only available till 10:00am. Also remember to ask for free shuttle to the beach.

Cons:

Hotel is very good but seems not all staffs were trained to be professional.

Overall a good choice
Pros:

The first impression may not be perfect due to location at busy street and not interesting room view, but overall we were happy thet we chose this hotel. Location is very good, close to the Lincoln Road and nice restaurants, especially Peruvian one. If you like walking the beach is not far away (walking distance for us). Also there is shuttle bus and private beach for hotel residents. Our driver Denise was so nice and helpful.

Cons:

Extremely expensive valet parking (but we used another one in 10-15 minutes walk 40USD cheaper per night…) and deposit 150 USD per night (we stayed 5 nights = 750 USD - doest not make any sense to me). A bit noisy street (windows are good but stil it is not a perfectly quiet location, maybe other rooms are more quiet).
