The staff were nice and friendly

I like they have brewed coffee available at the lobby and Pepermint towels

The pool area looks nice

They have a nice complementary shuttle , the driver Denise was lovely and friendly

Cons:

The main light bulb in my room remained broken despite the fact that I told front desk the day I arrive . Nobody came to fix it

The best hotel with the best value for money to enjoy Miami Beach.
Pros:

Location idéal, beautiful modern hotel, very clean with all amenities including a gym. Lovely rooftop pool, two hours of free bike rental every day, very welcoming staff, and a beautiful, very clean room — truly perfect for enjoying Miami Beach.

Really a neat and clean hotel with everything we need!

The free coffee was horrible and cold. Complaining about free things isn’t cool but it’s coffee and we all love coffee

Pros:

Room was modern but very over priced

Cons:

No bar/restaurant open after a certain time for drinks/food so if you needed any drinks after say 6pm there was nothing available.
Room wasn’t very clean when we moved bed, so much dust etc underneath.
