Terrific room and location for a Daytona area visit!
Pros:

The room was really nice...very clean,dehumidified etc....The full kitchen was a nice feature (used the coffee pot and the fridge)...
We were too busy to use the pool etc....

Cons:

The parking lot area could use a leaf blower ..alot of cig butts etc up by the curb by the rooms....no biggie but

Couldn’t have stayed in a better place.! Amazing.!
Pros:

Cora was amazing.! Check in was easy and quick.! Accommodated very well to any questions we had.! Beautiful staff and very nice.! The hotel rooms we booked were clean and very nice.! Loved we were right on the beach as well.! A very beautiful place and would stay again.! I would recommend this hotel with no doubts.!

Cons:

The rooms right in the beginning by the office. For kids it’s not an ideal placement; but other than placement of the first few rooms amazing.!

Pros:

The pools and hot tub was good and you right by the beach. The shower water was hot

Cons:

Room not very clean. Look like cleaner didn't bother to strip bed down cause there was hair in the bed and on the towels in the bathroom. For the amount of money I paid I would have aleast expect it clean but it wasn't not worth it. Won't be going back again. You get what you pay for.

Not worth the cheaper prices.
Pros:

I liked that there was a kitchen available, although the cleaning staff does not clean the dishes so be sure to wash them yourself before using them. Its very random what silverware or dishes you get, although we did find everything we needed and planned our meals based on what we had. Check in was easy but the staff did not care about complaints.

Cons:

Upon arriving we were put in a two queen and one sofa bed room when we specifically booked a one bedroom (3 queen bed and separate bedroom for parents) room. The management said he didn't care what room we booked and that was all he had available (even though the parking lot was empty at 11:30 pm. He said they didn't even have one bedroom options even though that is an option to book on booking.com as well as their website and we paid more for the 3 queen bed option. We found a dirty sock and trash and crumbs inside the pull out sofa bed. The lock to the balcony door did not work and was told no one can get in the third floor anyway, even though it would be easy to crawl from one balcony to the next. The window screen was falling out and was banging on the glass all night, we had to shove a plastic spoon in there to shut it up. The amount of pet/human hair on the balcony was disgusting. It was literally in clumps that would fill a large cup. It looked like someone got a haircut outside. The maintenance crew started working at 8 am tearing up concrete outside the room and there was no mention of maintenance happening when booking the room. Also the indoor pool was closed for repairs and we were unable to use that as well. That was a huge factor on why we booked at this location since it was chilly this week. The shower knob did not work properly, Cold was hot and hot was cold. Hot was only luke warm. We have stayed at this location about 6 months ago and didnt find as many issues. When we went downstairs and asked front desk to move us or even to just fix the lock and clean out the couch we were told no. We did leave the hotel originally and intended to find another hotel but since it was already midnight no hotel would take new reservations for the night and we were forced to stay there. We fixed the door lock ourselves and cleaned the couch so we decided to stay the rest of the 3 nights to avoid the headache of a refund.

No pets allowed when the web site clearly stated they did,would my let me check in at 2 am when I registered and requested that time,police came.The the guy wanted me to pay another 100 to get a room.I’ve requested A full refund and I’ve yet to receive one.
