Excellent seevicesv
Everything
I love the outdoor amenities. (Two pools, hot tub and even a playground) The staff was mostly friendly, especially maintenance. The pools and hot tub were clean and uncrowded.
Rooms are outdated, balcony lock was stuck and rusted so that was stressful with small children. The room door had a lot of water damage and kept chipping off. Some of the vending machines did not work. Water takes a long time to get hot, water pressure is lacking. I suspect mold that has been painted over due to black spots in the bathroom and my allergies acting up.
Didn’t eat breakfast
The rooms need to be updated the hotel need to be updated . We only stayed bc we couldn’t find a room no where else bc it was a cheerleading competition in town . But other than that I would have never stayed there .
I liked that due to the fact that I had a lot of issues the first room I was given, they were able to accommodate me with another room for the same price. The second room wasn’t any better than the first room, but at least it was a tad more cleaner.
Rusted microwave, possibly a previous stairs, hair all over the sheets carpet as well as stuck on the bathroom panels and bath bathtub, rusted and dusty light fixtures, the volume on my television would not work so I had to watch TV in silence and one of my windows in the back by the kitchen areas looks as if the screen was intentionally knocked out.
Booked my stay. Upon arrival, the clerk was rude. After waiting a long period of time whilenthe clerk sat looking at a computer, I finally asked if they actually had a room. The clerk responded very sarcastically, "none that's clean". Note that it was 1 am, and we had just driven 18 hours. After leaving the office, the horrible smell of the room was so bad, it actually lingered on my clothing. Somewhat relieved there was no room available (that was clean!?) at that discusting place.
First the personnel there wasn't so friendly at all. The room was dirty, bathroom was clogged. In other words was a complete loss of money and time
Personnel, the facility, the pools. In other words was the worse hotel I ever stay
The view
The room the amenities. It was dirty run down and not worth 250 a night it aint even worth 150 a night. And mybkids found a scale with drugs on the scales. Someone pj's and half eaten food was in the fridge. The wall paper is falling off the walls the floors have carpet from the 90's and the balcony has alot of damage. Not a safe or good place to stay
Location, pool and beachfront
A little run down but still pleasant
We loved our room even though we questioned the location. But it was clean and pretty quiet.
The pool and spa was not very clean looking. One pool was super clean but was out of service due to something not working.
TJ, the person at the counter was helpful in changing our accommodations to another room, although we had to pay for that room out of pocket.
We did not stay in the room you assigned us, as it was about 3 steps from the indoor pool which was loud and noisy. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance, so everyone was at the indoor pool.
My family enjoys this place been goin here the last 3 years now! High recommend
My only complaint was there was alot of young kids unsupervised with no armbands swimming and taking over hot tub area back in forth
Good location. On the beach.
My room had 2 windows that were covered in red material. One window had a fridge in front of it. Could not see out either. My room was next to the road. Very noisy. Cheap mattress and thin flat pillows. Outside pool was roped off. Inside pool had roof damage.
Only The view!
We arrived at our room around 6:00 pm. As soon as we opened the door, we noticed a strong, rather pungent, dog smell. We called reception and they said they had no more rooms available. I vomited twice because of the terrible smell. I sat on the balcony to breathe fresh air, and someone came to check the room. He said the dog smell was strong, so he'd move them to another room. The other room was okay. It also smelled like dogs, but not as strongly. Even the blankets had that smell, but definitely not as strong as the other room. In the morning, my husband said something had spilled on the bed because it was soaked. And we noticed water dripping from the ceiling. The smell of dogs was strong, so we were going to move to another room. The other room was okay. It also smelled of dogs, but not as strongly. Even the blankets had that smell, but definitely not as strong as the other room. In the morning, my husband said something had spilled on the bed because it was soaked. And we noticed water dripping from the ceiling. We started getting ready and left! We spoke at reception and asked how it was possible to pay more than $600 for a room that wasn't fit to be inhabited. They told us to complain to Booking.com; there was nothing they could do! We simply left, but that hotel needs a lot of work, cleaning, and remodeling before it can receive guests. The price is definitely outrageous. I feel like I was robbed because of how expensive that hotel is and the poor condition it's in! I have a video of the water dripping from the ceiling onto the bed, but it won't let me upload it. It only accepts photos. We put a cooler down to keep the bed from getting any wetter. I hadn't written this before because I had surgery that week and I'm still in the recovery process.
Muy limpio, cómodo y buena atención
We found the room for 6 people to be super comfortable.
The person at reception wasn't very friendly.
